1: About Shanae-nae | Shanae-nae is a stubborn 16 year old girl. She is so concerned with her looks and weight that she doesn't eat much. And when she does, it's not healthy. So we created a nutrition plan to meet her needs. Instead of cutting all sweets and eating only healthy foods, our plans begins to take away fat and sugars slowly, while replacing them with healthier foods to gain the healthy weight she needs.
