1: H-R diagram | Our little baby Algol is located in that little blue box. She is a high mass star and will go threw many phases of life just like a human.
2: We took our little baby Nebula to the doctor and they said she is made up of helium, gases and hydrogen as well as dust particles and plasma. The doctor said it'll be a nebula for a long time before it transfers into a protostar.
3: Yesterday we thought our baby nebula was acting weird. We gave her some medicine and put her down for a nap. Then we realized that she had transformed into a protostar, she wasn't a baby anymore. This is what she is, more and more gases pulled together by gravity to form a cloud.Then gas atoms bump into each other at very high speeds. The nuclear is very hot inside that is when reaction takes place.
4: This is now a main sequence star. This is when the star begins to release energy stopping it from contracting even more and causes it to shine. This star in human years is like a teenager/ middle aged adult, and will then turn into a red super giant! This star can be very hot especially when it is transferring energy!
5: Our baby Algol is now officially a red super giant. She is a very very hot red super giant.She is not really a baby anymore she is about 40-50 years of age.Algol is a star with 10 solar masses and after burning her hydrogen she become red super giants,
6: Algol has moved on in her life and we had to put her in a nursing home, they said she only has a few more years to live before she will become a black hole. We can not even hug our Algol super nova, she is about 100 billion degrees.In this phase she will cut her mass down to about half.
7: Sadly our baby Algol has reached an end and became a black hole, bit she will aways be in our hearts and the sky.This black hole can get very cold sometimes and very hot depending on the way its rotating and color change.This is the last stage on a star, it has reached the end of its life.
