1: William Shakespeare was born April 23rd, 1564 in stratford, England.He was the third child of John and Mary Shakespeare. His Father was successful in leather business but soon met financial difficulties in his career.

2: In the year of 1582 Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway.She was the eldest of eight children.Six months after the marriage in the year of May 1583 Anne gave birth to Susanna Shakespeare.Two years later she gave birth to twins named Hamnet and Judith.At this time in Life Shakespeare was twenty-one years of age and Anne twenty-eight.Shakespeare, Anne and their children lived with his parents and with more children arriving he did not have a steady real career.William finally left his family in Stratford to seek his fortune in London, while his wife stayed in Stratford her whole life.

3: In the year of 1594, Shakespeare became an actor and playwright for the Lord Chamberlain's Men.He remained with this company until the end of his London career.In 1597 he became prosporous enough to buy a new place in Stratford.This later became the home of his retirement years.He lived comfortably but never ended up a wealthy man.

4: In the year of 1599 he became a partner in the ownership of the globe theatre.In 1608 he became part owner of the Blackfriars theatre.
