1: Wieght lose is a very serious choice to make. Through this program it will be the clients responsibility for every decision that they make. To complete this plan, the client will need commitment, integrity, and strength. This weight loss plan extends a total of 5 weeks and weight loss can range from 20 to 60 pounds if followed correctly. This plan will include a meal selections and physical as well as mental exercise. | About the CAMI plan | Consult a dietary physician before beginning this plan.
