29: Labor Notes Laura & Troy arrived at 5:30 AM to the hospital on February 7th, for a scheduled inducement, since she had gone a week past her due date. Labor began around 6:30 AM and continued all day, as well as 37 minutes into the next day. In the final stages of labor, Laura was asked to get up out of bed and to sway back & forth, to facilitate a needed cervix re-alignment, which was what was keeping her from progressing. During hard labor, this required extreme focus on Laura's part, to prevent "pushing", which is why you see all her concentration focused onto Troy, who helped her stay focused. Nana, who was in attendance, said it was fascinating to watch her remain so calmly focused on Troy. | 12:37 AM | Feb | 8th
