2: BREAKFAST | FRENCH TOAST | Items | 1.) 3 or more eggs 2.) 3/4 cup of milk 3.) powdered cinommon 4.) a pinch of salt 5.) container 6.) spatula 7.) skillet 8.) whisk or fork 9.) loaf of bread | DIRECTIONS | First, mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, and salt into the container or the bowl. Second, stir with a whisk or a fork and make sure the yoke of the eggs are mushed. Third, heat the skillet. After that, take a piece of bread and dip it into the mixture and coat it on each side. Last, place it on the skillet and cook on each side until they are golden brown. Serve it with maple syrup and butter.

4: PANCAKES | Items | 1.) 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour 2.) 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder 3.) 1 teaspoon of salt 4.) 1 1/4 cup of milk 5.) 1 egg 6.) 3 tablespoons of butter, melted 7.) skillet 8.) wooden spoon or whisk | DIRECTIONS | First, combine all of the dry ingredients in one bowl. Next, combine the wet ingredients in another bowl. After that, combine both bowls of mixtures into one bowl (most common choice is the bigger bowl.) Then, stir it all together with a whisk or a wooden spoon. Last, heat the skillet and then cook the pancakes until they are golden brown on each side. Keep flipping. Surve with maple syrup and butter.

6: SMOOTHIES | ITEMS | 1.) banana, blue berries, strawberries, or peaches. 2.) milk or cream 3.) yogurt 4.) vanilla ice-cream 5.) blender | DIRECTIONS | First, put slice your choice of fruit. Next, put in in the blender cup. Then, put 1 cup of milk or cream in the cup. After that, put a whole container of vanilla, blue berry, strawberry, or peach flavored yogurt (depending on which fruit you picked.) Then, put 1 1/2 cups of vanilla ice- cream in. Last but not least, blend it all together. There's your smoothie.

8: CARAMEL BREAD ROLLS | ITEMS | 1.) shortening 2.) 1/2 package frozen cinnamon sweet-roll dough or frozen orange sweet- roll dough (6 rolls) 3.) 1/3 cup of chopped pecans 4.) 1/4 cup of butter or margarine 5.) 1/2 cup of sugar 6.) 1/4 cup of caramel ice cream topping 7.) 1 tablespoon of maple syrup | DIRECTIONS | The night before, grease baking sheet with shortening. Put rolls on the sheet now. Turn oven on to 350 degrees. Melt the butter. Combine ingredients. Put over the rolls. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Enjoy...

10: AMELIA MC'MUFFIN | ITEMS | 1.) 4 English muffins 2.) 4 eggs 3.) 4 sausage patties (or ham patties) 4.) 4 slices of American cheese. 5.) toaster oven 6.) spatula | DIRECTIONS | First, put 1 egg on the skillet and keep it there until its cooked on 1 side. Then flip it and cook the other side. You could also scramble the eggs instead. Second, preheat the toaster oven or to 300 degrees. Open the English muffin and put a piece of cheese on it and the sausage patty (or ham patty.) Put the top of the muffin on and place inside the toaster oven. Bake for 5-7 minutes. When it's done, place the egg in the muffin too. There's your breakfast...

12: LUNCH | WE WILL BE MAKING.... | 1.) grilled cheese and pizza sandwiches 2.) subs 3.) macaroni and cheese 4.) salad 5.) tacos 6.) Calzones 7.) sloppy joes

14: GRILLED CHEESE | ITEMS | 1.) 2 slices of cheese 2.) 2 slices of bread 3.) skillet 4.) spatula | DIRECTIONS | First, put 1 piece of bread on the heated skillet. Then put 2 slices of American cheese on the bread. Next, put other piece of bread on top of it. Last, keep flipping it until it's toasted to golden brown. Enjoy.

16: GRILLED PIZZA SANDWICH | ITEMS | 1.)Mozzarella cheese (or provolone) 2.) pepperoni slices 3.) 2 slices of bread 4.) skillet 5.) pizza sauce 6.) spatula | DIRECTIONS | First, just like grilled cheese, put a piece of bread on the heated skillet. Second, spread sauce on the bread. Third, put 5 slices of pepperoni on. Fourth, put 2 slices of cheese on. Last, put on the other piece of bread on top. Keep flipping until it's toasted or golden brown. Yum.

18: SUBS | ITEMS | 1.) sub or steak rolls 2.) thinly sliced deli meat of your choice 3.) thinly sliced mozzarella, American, provolone, or swiss cheese 4.) lettuce 5.) mayonaise 6.)tomatoes 7.) decorated toothpick | DIRECTIONS | Put one piece of bread down. Spread mayo on the it. Place your choice of meat on. Put cheese on. Then, place shredded lettuce on the sandwich. After that, place tomatoes on it. Put other piece of bread on top. There's your sandwich....

20: MACARONI AND CHEESE | ITEMS | 1.) small onion 2.) 8 slices of American cheese 3.) 2 1/3 cups of dried corkscrew macaroni or elbow 4.) 3/4 cup of milk 5.) a pinch of black pepper 6.) 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese if you like. 7.) pot 8.) wooden spoon 9.) cutting board 10.) knife | DIRECTIONS | First, dice the small onion on the cutting board. Then, tear the 8 slices of cheese. Cook macaroni in the pot and drain the macaroni. After that, go back to the warm pot and put the stove on to medium heat with macaroni in it. Then, stir in American cheese, milk, and pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. If it is too thick, stir in a little bit more milk. When, done, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy....

22: SALAD | ITEMS | 1.) lettuce 2.) tomatoes 3.) ranch dressing 4.) broccoli 5.) cucumber 6.) black olives 7.) celery 8.) sliced carrots 9.) shaved cheese 10.) spinach 11.) cubed ham 12.) cabbage 13.) crutons 14.) knife 15.) cutting board | DIRECTIONS | First, take a large serving bowl. Place chopped lettuce in. Then, cabbage, and spinach. Slice the cucumber(s). Place broccoli in. Cut celery and put in in. Also, place the cubed ham in too. Slice the tomatoes and put them on top. slice the carrots and place them on top too. Put canned black olives in. Sprinkle thew shaved cheese on top of everything. Pour ranch dressing over the top of it. Put crutons on top. This is what I call a salad....

24: TACOS | ITEMS | 1.) ground hamburger meat 2.) shredded lettuce 3.) tomatoes 4.) sour cream (if you would like) 5.) shredded cheese 6.) salsa (if you would like) 7.) hard or soft taco shells 8.) taco seasoning 9.) skillet | DIRECTIONS | First, cook ground hamburger meat. Then, drain the meat when it is done. After that, put the meat back in the skillet. Then, stir in taco seasoning. Taste the meat to make sure it's stirred in enough. Lastly, place the meat inside a soft or hard taco shell and top it off with shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and salsa. (What ever is good for you.)

26: CALZONES | ITEMS | DIRECTIONS | 1.) shortening 2.) 10- ounce package of refrigerated pizza dough 3.) 1.4 cup of pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce 4.) 20 slice of pepperoni 5.) 2 slices of mozzarella or American cheese 6.) 1 tablespoon of milk 7.) 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese 8.) fork | Turn on the oven to 400 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with shortening. Unroll pizza on baking sheet. Cut it into 4 squares, Put all the ingredients on the square. Fold the square into a triangle. Push down on the edges with a fork. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until it's golden brown. Yummy....

28: SLOPPY JOES | ITEMS | DIRECTIONS | 1.) ground hamburger meat 2.) sloppy joe spice 3.) slice of American cheese 4.) hamburger roll 5.) | First, cook the ground hamburger meat. Then drain the meat. After that, pour sloppy joe spice and stir it all together in the pan. Last, place a slice of cheese on a piece the bread and place the meat on. There's your sloppy joe....
