11: Happy Easter | After baking the figolli in the oven for about 20 minutes we covered them with icing sugar and decorated them.

14: here is the recipe | For the dough 800g self raising flour 225g castor sugar 340g margerine 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla powder 1 grated lemon peel pinch of salt For decoration 400g icing sugar 2 egg white lemon juice
15: Method - For Dough: Sieve the flour in a bowl and mix the flour, vanilla, sugar, butter, salt and lemon peel together. Then, add the eggs and mix until a smooth dough is obtained. | Method for decoration Beat the egg whites in a bowl and add lemon juice. Then add the sieved icing sugar to the egg mixture until a smooth icing is obtained. Spread this icing on the figolla to decorate.
