3: JAN GARRETT | SAUSAGE BALLS | S 1/2 LB OF REGULAR OR HOT SAUSAGE 5 OZ OF SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE GRATED 1 1/2 CUPS OF BISQUICK MIX INGREDIANTS TOGETHER UNTIL WELL BLENDED. FORM INTO BALLS AND PLACE ON AN UNGREASED BAKING SHEET. | 400 | 20
5: Lisa's Honey Mustard for BBQ Pork You will need: 1 slice of bacon, diced 1 small onion, and 1 clove of garlic, diced 1 cup of cider vinegar 3/4 cup mustard 1/4 cup of packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup of honey 1 tsp pf black pepper 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper Cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan. Keep drippings to saute onion and garlic until tender. Stir together vinegar and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. makes 1 1/2 cups.

20: Banana Nut Bread | 1 cup of w. sugar 1/2 cup shortening 1 tsp soda 2 bananas 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups of flour 2 eggs 2 tbs butter milk 1/2 cup chopped nuts Cream shortening and beaten eggs and sugar. Add to flour bananas and nuts. Add soda to mixture. Add vanilla and bake in a well greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
21: Potato Soup | 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces Instant minced onions Carrots, pared and sliced (3) Sliced celery 2 Cans of chicken broth 1 tbs parsley flakes 5 cups of Water 1 Tbs salt Pepper 1/3 cup of Butter 1 13oz can of evaporated milk Bacon Bits Put all ingredients except milk and bacon bits, in a saucepan. Cook until done then ad evaporated milk and a little bit of flour. Served topped with bacon bits.
22: JOANNE | CREAMY LEMON PIE | 1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 3 EGG YOLKS 1 (14 OZ) CAN OF EAGLE BRAND MILK 1/2 CUP OF REAL LEMON JUICE FEW DROPS OF YELLOW FOOD COLORING WHIPPED TOPPING IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL, BEAT EGG YOKS. STIR IN EAGLE BRAND, REAL LEMON AND FOOD COLORING. POUR INTO PREPARED CRUST. CHILL THROUGHLY. TOP WITH WHIPPED TOPPING.

When cooking, go by your own taste." ~Laiko Bahrs | JOANNE | STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE | 1 PKG STRAWBERRY JELLO 1 1/4 CUP OF HOT WATER 1 PINT VANILLA ICE CREAM 1 CUP DRAINED SWEETENED SLICED STRAWBERRIES 1 BAKED 8 INCH PIE SHELL, COOLED DISSOLVE JELLO IN HOT WATER IN A TWO QUART SAUCEPAN. ADD ICECREAM BY SPOONFULS, STIRRING UNTIL MELTED. . CHILL UNTIL MELTED. . CHILL UNTIL THICKENED, BUT NOT SET. (15-20 MIN) FOLD IN DRAINES STRAWBERRIES. TURN INTO PIE SHELL. CHILL UNTIL FIRM (20-30). gARNISH WITH WHIPPED TOPPING AND ADDITIONAL STRAWBERRIES
25: GRANNY'S PUMPKIN PIE RECIPE | 2 CUP OF PUMPKIN 2 TBLSP MELTED BUTTER 1/2 CUP OF CREAM 3 EGGS 1 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR 1/4 TSP CLOVES 1/4 TSP NUTMEG 1/4 TSP GINGER 2 TSP CINNAMON 1 TSP VANILLA BAKE AT 350 DEGREES UNTIL FIRM (APPROX 30 MINS)
26: PEANUT BUTTER PIE 1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 3 OZS CREAM CHEESE 3TBSP CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER 1 LRG TUB OF COOL WHIP 1 CUP OF POWDERED SUGAR LET CREAM CHEESE SOFTEN AT ROOM TEMP ABOUT 30 MINUTES. BLEND INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. TOP PIE WITH GRATED HERSHEYS BAR | Peach Cobbler
27: PEACH COBBLER | 1 STICK OF BUTTER 1 CUP OF FLOUR (SELF-RISING) 1 CUP OF MILK 1 CUP OF SUGAR 1 LRG CAN OF PEACHES MELT BUTTER IN PAN AT 350 DEGREES. COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR, AND MILK IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL. POUR OVER MELTED BUTTER AND OPEN LRG CAN OF PEACHES AND POUR ONTOP OF BATTER MIXTURE. BAKE 45 MIN | Sweets!

29: Lisa's Butter Pecan Cake Butter Pecan Cake Mis 4 eggs 1/2 c of Veg. Oil 1c water 1 Cam coconut icing Blend the first four ingrediants together. Spray bundt pan with Bakers Joy and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
30: Coconut Haystacks | 3 1/4 c pet milk 3 1/4 cups of brown sugar 6 tbsp corn syrup 3tblsp margarine 3 cups coconut In heavy 2 quart sauce pan, cook stirring constantly, over low heat, the milk sugar and syrup until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often, until candy reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Stir coconut and mix well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch high cones. Place on wax paper to cool. Makes 3 dozen.
