1: A few of our Favorite Things
2: Potato Chip Cookies by Anna Murphy | Ingredients 1 cup butter-flavored shortening 3/4 cup sugar and 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups crushed potato chips 1 cup butterscotch chips or chocolate chips Directions In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in potato chips and butterscotch/chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks. Makes 4 dozen.
4: 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package dark chocolate cake mix 1 1/3 cups water (or as directed in cake directions) 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or as directed in cake directions) 3 eggs (or as directed in cake directions) 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (8 -12 ounce) jarMrs Richardson's caramel topping 8 ounces Cool Whip 2 Heath candy bars, crushed | Better Than Everything Cake | What You'll Need:
5: Submitted by Mike Robertson | -Preheat oven to 350F. -Grease and lightly flour 13" x 9" cake pan. -Mix cake as directed on package. -Bake the cake about 35 minutes or until it tests done. -As soon as it comes out of the oven, poke holes all over it with a fork and pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, followed by caramel sauce (microwaved about one minute until warm and easily pourable use only about 10 oz of the jar. -Refrigerate overnight. -Shortly before serving, spread whipped topping over cake and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars (or bits). -Enjoy. | How You Make It:
6: Cookie Dough Truffles | The flavorful filling at the center of these yummy candies tastes like genuine chocolate chip cookie dough . . . without the worry of raw eggs. That's what makes them so appealing. Plus, they're easy to make. | 1/2 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) 1 1/2 pounds semisweet candy coating, chopped
7: In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour, milk, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Shape into 1 inch balls; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Loosely cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating, stirring often until smooth. Dip balls in coating; place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. | Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. If desired, remelt remaining candy coating and drizzle over candies. Store in the refrigerator.
8: Ham and Noodle Casserole | 1 pound of chopped ham 1 pound of grated cheddar cheese 1 (8 ounce) package noodles 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 small green pepper, finely chopped 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento 1 can condensed mushroom soup 2 soup cans water | Dire
9: Directions for Ham and Noodle Casserole Place noodles (uncooked) in bottom of a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Add water. Spread on mushroom soup. Top with onion,green pepper and pimiento. Layer with ham, then cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. | Chef Nancy
10: Lori Babb's | Snicker Cake Recipe---Yumm!!! | 1 German chocolate cake mix 1 pkg. Kraft caramels 1 stick butter 1 c. nuts, chopped 1/3 c. milk 1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips Mix cake as directed. Pour 1/2 of batter into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with butter and milk. Pour over baked cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over baked cake.
11: Dot remaining cake mix over top of caramel mixture and bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees, then 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy! I melt the caramels, milk and butter in the microwave before baking my cake, so it sets up a little, before pouring on the cake.

14: Rich n' Cheesy Mac | 2 1/2 C. uncooked pasta 8 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed 6 T. butter, divided 1 1/3 C. 4% cottage cheese 1/4 C. all-purpose flour 2/3 C. sour cream 1 t. salt 2 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 t. sugar 2 C. milk Cook macaroni according to package directions and then drain. Place in a greased 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. In a saucepan, melt 4 T. butter. Stir in flour, salt and sugar until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil., then cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat and stir in Velveeta until melted. Stir in cottage cheese and sour cream. Pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

16: Monster Cookies By Betty Drinkut | This recipe make 72 large cookies or more smaller cookies. 1 cup margarine, softened 2 cups white sugar 2 cups packed brown sugar 3 cups peanut butter 6 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons corn syrup 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 teaspoons baking soda 9 cups rolled oats 1/2 pound candy-coated milk chocolate pieces 1/2 pound semisweet chocolate chips
17: Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the eggs, two at a time, then stir in the corn syrup and vanilla. Mix in baking soda and oats until well blended. Stir in the chocolate and chocolate chips. Roll dough into 2 inch balls, and place 3 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool on cookie sheets for a few minutes, before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Store in air tight container. Amount Per Serving Calories: 206 | Total Fat: 10.6g | Cholesterol: 18mg
18: College Inn Bed & Breakfast | Baked French Toast | Mix well in large bowl: 6 eggs , 1 1/2 cups 2% or whole milk, 1/2 cup syrup, and 1 tsp. of vanilla Grease square/rectangle baking dish. Tear: 1/2 loaf French bread into bite-size pieces and place inside. Mix in: 1 tbs. cinnamon Pour egg mixture over break. Sprinkle: 1/2 cup brown sugar Melt and pour on top: 1/2 cup butter Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour. 20: Pizza Dough: 1 pkg store bought sugar cookie dough Toppings: 8 ounces softened cream cheese 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 large peach, sliced 1 large green apple, sliced 1 large orange, sectioned 1/2 pint fresh strawberries, sliced 6 ounces fresh blueberries 6 ounces fresh raspberries 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted 1/2 cup chocolate syrup | Breakfast Fruit Pizza | By Jamie Bauer
21: Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Flatten cookie dough onto a 6-inch pizza pan. Bake until firm to touch, about 11 to 15 minutes. Cool. In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar. Spread the baked cookie with the cream cheese mixture and decorate with sliced fruit. In a small bowl, combine melted white chocolate with chocolate syrup. Top the pizza with remaining berries and chocolate mixture. Slice and serve immediately.

23: Ingredients 1 Packages Double Stuff Oreo 1 Package Philly Cream Cheese 1 16oz Vanilla Almond Bark Sprinkles | Directions | Soften cream cheese Crush Ore's When crushed add cream cheese and Oreos Roll into bite size bonbons then place in freezer Melt vanilla almond bark by following directions on package. When Oreo mixture is hardened dip bonbons into the melted almond bark. Add sprinkles or lollipop sticks if you want to make pops if not stick your bonbons back into the freezer and enjoy when hardened!!!!
