FC: PHILLY PHILLY CHEESESTEAK | A How To Guided to the Famous Philly Cheese Steak By Nyshawana Francis
1: While being a Brooklyn native and currently living in Philadelphia I wanted to explore the city to find the secret to what makes a Cheese Steak a "Philly Cheese Steak".
2: So I traveled from North Philly to South Philly. | And I think I found the secret! So as you turn the pages you will explore the steps to making the infamous "Philly Cheese Steak"
3: Step 1 Start with the beefiest beef and use a sharp knife to shave your beef very thin so it cooks quickly. | While Pat's use slice rib eye Jim's uses USDA choice top round western beef.
4: Step 2 Fry your steak until brown but not crispy or burned and mix in your vegetables now or later its up to you!
5: Step 3 You must be cheese wise! Are you a Provolone guy, American Cheese gal or are you just a Cheez Wiz! Place your cheese over top of the meat or spread the Cheez Wiz on the roll.
6: Step 4 Italian rolls by Amoroso is the only way to go! Place the Amoroso roll over the meat and scoop it into the sandwhich.
7: Step 5 Dress up your cheese steak with mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, hot and/or sweet peppers.
8: Step 5 Enjoy your " Philly Cheese Steak" because it is only a Philly Cheese Steak when you buy it and eat it in PHILADELHPIA!
