4: Cool and knead the dough adding the eggs. | Add the flour and then mix it carefully to avoid lumps. Heat the mixture stirring constantly until it becomes glassy.
5: Then put it into the fridge for about 1 hour.
7: Form the dough into small balls. Place them on a greased tray. Put the tray into a hot oven (220 C) and bake the cakes for about 20 minutes.
8: Sprinkle the cakes with the powdered sugar mixed with the vanilla sugar.

13: Cook the sauerkraut and brown the onion. Grind the sauerkraut with the mushrooms and the onion. Season with the salt and lots of pepper. Roll out the dough, cut into small disks, arrange the stuffing in the middle of each disc and stick its edges together. Cook them in salted water. Serve hot with fried onion.

16: Rinse the meat, put it into a pot and add 8 cups of cold water. Add the salt, the pepper and the vegetables. Bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for at least 2 hours, occasionally skimming off the foam that comes to the surface. Cook the pasta. Serve the broth with the pasta, the parsley and a few of the carrots cut into small pieces.
17: Zurek | Ingredients: 100 g whole-wheat rye flour, 250 g carrot, leak, celeriac and parsley, 200 g white sausage, water, salt, flour, garlic, marjoram. Instructions: Allow the flour to sour in the water for a few days. Cook a stock from mixed vegetables, strain, add sour flour liquid (zur), spice with flour, bring to boil, add salt. Add white sausage cut into small pieces, spice with garlic or marjoram. Serve with hard boiled eggs cut into halves.
