1: This Cookbook is inspired by all of the talented cooks in 2nd. ESO B.

3: Ingredients - 3 eggs - The same weight of flour. - The same weight of sugar. - The same weight of butter. - The same weight of chocolate . -Yeast Royal (1 packet). - A little bit of salt | Preparation 1. With a casserole low heat, put the butter and to melt plus chocolate. 2. When it is melted take it out of the heat and add the following ingredients mixing every time : sugar, 3 yolks and flour with yeast. 4. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff, with a little bit of salt. 5. Pour in a mold with butter and flour. 6. Put it 50 min. in the oven with low heat and finish

5: Fry eggs Ingredients: -1-3 Eggs -Oil -Salt -Garlics (optional) Preparation: -Put the oil on the frying pan and leave it head a moment. 6: Baked Chicken with potatoes | Ingredients - Chicken thighs - 4 or 5 big potatoes - 1 big onion - Oil - Salt - Pepper - Thyme Preparation 1. Take the paella and put the macarroni on it, add the butter and when it is melted, add the bacon. Fry everything add the milk, shake everything three minuts in the paella, and it is ready to eat.

18: PAELLA | Ingredients: - 600 grams of rice - 1 garlic bulb - half a chicken - Parsley - 2 artichokes - Colouring - 2 red peppers - Olive oil - Grind pepper - Half a lemon - Rosemary and tyme - Salt | Preparation: 1. Add the rice on the frying pan with garlic. 4. Add the artichokes and the pepper, the juice of half a lemon, some parsley, rosemary and tyme, colouring and salt. 5. Put it over a high heat and leave it for half an hour. Now it's ready to serve.

21: SPAGHETTI CARBONARA | Ingredients: - 1/2 kg spaghetti - 1 onion - 200g bacon - 150g blue cheese - 1l cream - Oil - Salt - Pepper Preparation: 1. Cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes. 2. Drain them. 3. Fry the onion with the oil using low heat in order that it is gilded without burning. 4. Wait until the onion is soft and put the pieces of bacon in the pan. 5. When the bacon is gilded we add the cream and mix everything. 6. Then throw a few chunks of cheese and continue mixing everything until cheese melts. 7. Put salt and pepper (at the taste). 8. Throw the spaghetti to the pan and mix them with the sauce. 9. Leave it rest quite awhile and then serve it.

24: CARROTS | THE POTATOES

25: INGREDIENTS -3 CARROTS -Pitted olives -2 tuna's cans -1 tomato -Half maize's can - 2 potatoes -Lettuce | POTATOES' SALAD | PREPARATION - Boil the 2 potatoes and cut the lettuce, slice the tomatoes, and grate the 3 carrots. -Put all these ingredients in the bowl. -Ped and cut 2 potatoes, and put them in the bowl. -Put the pitted oives, the 2 tuna's can and half maize's can. -Mix everything. Amanir with oil and salt. -IT'S READY TO SIRVE

28: Sigh Limeño Ingredients : 1 large can evaporated milk 1 large can condensed milk 5 egg yolks 3 egg whites 1 cup sugar 1 shot of pisco (if not, maybe port) vanilla ground cinnamon Preparation : add the cans of milk in a saucepan and place it over a low heat (to form a thick caramel) Add almond extract. Remove from heat and add the yolks and vanilla essence to taste. Pour into bowl or glasses. Allow to cool. Form a syrup with sugar and pisco. Bring to a simmer until it holds. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the syrup to cool. Decorate the caramel with the meringue and sprinkle with cinnamon.

30: PREPARATION 1.Wash and cut the potatoes into strips. Put the olive oil in the frying pan and head it. When potatoes are gild separate them. 2.Beat the eggs whit a pinch of a salt and once add the potatoes, mixing thoroughly whit beaten eggs 3.Once again in the pan into the fire with two teaspoons of oil sheet covering the bottom of the pan. It lays the egg mixture and potatoes. When you perceive that you're curd is put a lid on top and turn the tables. | OMELETTE OF POTATOES | Ingredients - 4 eggs - 1/2 kilo of potatoes - Olive oil ( (a cup, 1/4 liter) -Salt

Add the milk and, if it's necesary, the sugar. Beat it until you have a good dought. Take a pan and spread it with butter. Raise the pan when you drop a spoonful of dought. Roll it out revolving the pan. Flip the pancake, stuff it with what you prefer and fold it.

46: Ravioli with roquefort's cheese | INGREDIENTS: - 350 g raviolis - 50 g roquefort's cheese - 6 spoonfuls cream - 1 spoonful butter - 1 onion - salt and pepper | PREPARATION: 1. Peel, cut into streeps and stir-fry the onion in a pan with butter. Fry it and when it is golded, add the cream, the salt and the pepper, and let it boil. 2. Add the cheese in the pan, mix it and go boiling until the sauce takes a creamous aspect. 3. Boil the raviolis between 6 and 10 minutes. Drain it on a colander. Serve the raviolis with the roquefort's sauce on it.

Leave all of this in a cassole and cover it. lLeave it over a high heat during 20 minutes. Grind the garlicand the parsley put salt and out it all with the rice in the casserole. All this must cook with high heat during 18 minutes. Then add the artichoquers. Leave it to rest for 20minutes.

58: Ingredients - Dough (2 ) -Cheese ( one packet ) -Tomato Sauce ( one pot ) -Bacon ( one or two packets ) -Olives ( one pot ) Preparation 1. Cut the bacon into strips and halve the olives. 2. Knead the daugh. 3. Put the tomato sauce in the daugh and spread it. 4. When the bacon is cut, to put in the tomato. 5. Add the beacon, olives and cheese. 6. Put the pizza in the oven for 15 minuts. 7. The it out of the oven and put in the dish.
