1: :Merry Christmas: These are just a few of my favorite recipes I would like to share with you. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Thanks for all you do. Love you all:) Love *Nat
2: Blender Pancakes | 1 cup flour 1 cup milk 1/2 cup oil 2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda
3: Ebleskivers | 2 cups buttermilk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups flour 1 tsp. b soda 3 eggs/ separate 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder - beat yolks.. add sugar, salt, milk & rest of ingredients. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. *These can only be cooked in an ebleskiver pan. Heat pan over medium heat until hot. Add 1 Tbs. of batter in each. Bake until edges appear brown and center is bubbly. Turn with fork:) | *Serve with butter and cinnamon sugar, jam, syrup, powdered sugar.
4: Chicken Chili | 2 cans chicken breast w/ juice 1 med onion chopped and browned (or minced onion) 1 can whole corn (drained) 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes w/ juice 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans ranch style beans or kidney beans 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder *Combine & heat throughly. | 5-15 min | 6+ adult size
6: *Limeade Slush* | 12 cups warm water 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 can frozen limeade | *Mix all together and put in bags and freeze for at least a day. *When ready to serve mush it up and pour in 2 liters of sprite.
8: Cowboy Salsa | 1 can tid bit corn, drained and rinsed 1 can black beans cilantro chopped 4-5 roma tomatoes 2-3 avocados lime juice Italian Salad dressing mix or liquid
9: Pie Crust | 1 1/2 shortening- (butterflavor 1 tsp. salt crisco) 1/2 cup boiling water (mix) 2 Tbs. milk (mix) 4 cups flour ( mix in 1 cup at a time) * Mix together with an electric mixer. Makes 3 crusts:) | Greaves white syrup | 1 cube butter 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla * Heat slowly first 4 ing, (don't boil) add vanilla.
10: (Name Here) | Yummy Breadsticks | Rhodes bread dough 1 pkg (3 rows in it) *put in fridge to thaw the night before you cook them 2 1/2 hours before serving take out of fridge * roll out until medium thin 1/2 cup real butter (soften) 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mayo *Spread mixture on dough before cutting Cut into strips & sprinkle garlic salt *Let rise for an hour ( don't cover when rising) | 350 | 20 min
11: 3 cups hot water & 1/2 cup powdered milk or 3 cups milk, warmed. 2 Tbs. yeast 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cups oil 1 1/2 tsp. salt 7 cups flour * Mix all ingredients, adding flour slowly, until smooth. Let rise at least one hour or double in size. Roll out onto floured surface. Prepare for dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls & let rise 20-30 min. | (Fast Hot Rolls | (Name of Bread Here) | 425 | 12-15 min
12: (Recipe Title Here) | * Salad Ingredients: 2 bunches broccoli, cut in small pieces 1/2 cup cauliflower 1 cup cashews 3/4 cup red onion, chopped 1 cup celery 1/2 cup raisins 1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled *Dressing Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise 2 Tbs. Vinegar (any kind) 1/4 cup sugar * Pour dressing on right before serving. | Broccoli Salad
13: Cheesecake Fluff | Mix: 3 small boxes cheesecake pudding (instant) 3 cups milk - Then fold in 16 oz. cool whip Mix in: 1 pkg. graham cracker, crushed 1 Tbs. sugar 1 cube melted butter - Mix and let cool Add: 1 pkg. frozen raspberries
14: Apricot Chicken | 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing 1 cup apricot jam 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix * Place chicken in greased 9x13 baking pan. Combine the dressing, jam, and onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Cover:) Serve with rice. | 350 | 1 hour | 8
15: Easy Enchiladas | 1 can cooked chicken 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 can diced green chilies 1 small onion, diced *warm all together 2 thick clumps of chicken on flour tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over & roll up. Pour green enchilada sauce (sm can) all over. Top with cheese. | 350 | 30 min
16: Better Chocolate Chip Cookies | 1/3 cup butter 1 cup butterflavor crisco 1 cup sugar 1 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 3 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 pkg. choc chips 2 tsp. vanilla | 350 | 10-12 min
17: Oatmeal Fudge Brownies | 2 tsp. vanilla 2 cubes butter 2 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp. salt 2 cups brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. soda 3 cups oatmeal * Melt 12 oz. choc chips 2 tsp, vanilla 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp. butter Press 2/3 oatmeal mixture in pan. Spread melted chocolate. Dab remaining oatmeal over chocolate. Bake: 350 Time: 25 min
