2: Color plays an important role in how we perceive things. Without color, other elements of the photograph take on a larger role. Lighting, contrast, and composition are much more important. | Black | Achromatic: Black, white and greys. Artwork that is executed without color.
3: Shape: Can be in the form of squares, circles, triangles, rectangles, and ovals. Composition: The arrangement of lines, colors and form Line: A line is an identifiable path of a point moving in space. It can vary in width, direction and length. | White | Contrast: Created by using opposites near or beside one another, such as a light object next to a dark object or a rough texture next to a smooth texture.
4: Harmony - The unity of all the visual elements of a composition achieved by repetition of the same characteristics. | Golden circles resemble trumpets, and silver circles, look like CDs.
5: Chiaroscuro - In drawing, painting, and the graphic arts, concerns the rendering of forms through a balanced contrast between light and dark areas. , is effective in creating an illusion of depth and space around the principal figures in a composition.
6: Mixed Media - Descriptive of art that employs more than one medium, a work that combines paint, natural materials (wood, pebbles, bones), and man made items (glass, plastic, metals) into a single image or piece of art. | Bizarre
