8: Stress can be good sometimes to keep you on track but sometimes it can be bad as well | The events that provoke stress are called stressors, and they cover a whole range of situations — everything from outright physical danger to making a class presentation or taking a semester's worth of your toughest subject.

10: stress can come in many different forms whether it be from work school or your home life.

11: it doesn't matter what what age you are either stress is not biased or racist it targets everybody everywhere.

12: Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.
