FC: Alec Lyons Hour 4,6 4-18-12

1: As a young child he lived in New York and his dad worked on the 17th floor.

2: later in his childhood he moved to Minnesota.

3: Since he went to school he made a lot of friends. But they didn't have much to do since there wasn't many games, So him and his friends made a game like a war and had orange wars everyday before the study hour.

4: But as they played the bigger kids in high school wanted to play with them, but they were to strong so they said no. The bigger kids didnt like that so they took there spot in the forest where they used to play, and they knew not to go back because they would get beat up or made fun of.

5: In school he was an amazing student always did his homework and never disobeyed a teacher

6: It wasn't untill he got to high school that he was introduced into the writing experience.

7: As he went on through high school authors came in and out encouraging Louis to write and create a book.

8: So as the authors told him to keep on writing he did. He wrote his first book when he was a freshman in college.

9: The book was called Sideways Stories At a Wayside School, thousands were published.

10: his kids aren't really taking writing into consideration so they tell him they don't want to and Sachar said it happened to me in high school.

11: Before Sachar was out of school his dad died, he left college to be right by his mother.

12: Finally he was out of school and finished his next book Holes which was then made into a Disney movie.

13: Small steps will someday be published wich it was and made ove 10,000$.

14: The book that i read was the brand new book by Sachar is The Carturner

15: The book is about a boy who figures out his step uncle loves to play Bridge a game of the old days. An eighteen year old kid who goes on an adventure to try and win the tournament. Read to figure out if he does.

16: It is a very interesting book that tells life stories by this young child Alton who discovers that his grandfather is smarter without his eyesight he has more to his life

17: The book tells many adventures brought to Alton learns by bridge and his grandfather and he now loves his grandfather.
