FC: Stress is not only for adults. Kids have stress too. No matter what your age is or your personality type is, you can have stress Even The Enthusiast or The Challenger can have stress.If your personality type is one of these mentioned above, then this is a must-see for you!
1: The Enthusiast is the busy, productive type.They are extroverted, optimistic, versatile, and spontaneous. They can also over-extend themselves, becoming scattered and undisciplined. They can become easily distracted and exhausted by staying on the go.They have problems with impatience and impulsiveness. | These are two prime examples of stress.
2: The Challenger is powerful and aggressive. They are self-confident, strong, and assertive. They can also be confrontational and intimidating. They can also have problems with their tempers, allowing them to become vulnerable. Having one or more of these traits can lead to very stressful situations.
4: The first day of school can be very stressful for kids. They can feel stress by trying to make new friends or just trying "to fit in". Kids can also be stressed by having to take a test and fearing that they may not do so good.
