1: What caused the Great Depression? 1. Cause of the Great Depression was the stock market Crash which caused the economy to go poorly. This happened in 1929 many people believe. 2. Many people believed that the bank failures happened in the 1930s. This had about 9,000 banks that were losing business and causing this problem. 3.Reduction in purchasing across the board.
2: This was horrible for so many people and outrageous to some.
16: How long did the great depression last? It lasted from 1929 to 1941. It led to a massive bank failure and high unemployment.
17: What was life like during the Great Depression? Many people felt that it was unfair and did not appreciate it. A lot of people suffered and that is why it was considered the Great Depression since it was a horrible pin point with bank failures and stock market crash.
18: The Great Depression ended? The Great Depression ended on the date they were ready to enter WW2 they would hire men and women into the machinery region. It ended roughly 1941.
19: Who was affected by the Great Depression? Well a lot of people ended up suffering and basically everyone was affected by it that is why it was considered the Great Depression.
