3: These cars are the fiercest predators in the world, though they only catch at a 3 out of 10 rate. Their orange-to-red and black-to-brown stripes help camouflage them. They don't hunt groups, they would make too much noise. The great cats kill their prey by biting with their sharp teeth, called canines, or with their razor-sharp claws. These claws can retract into sheaths to prevent wear. They hunt at night, their night-vision is 6 times better than a person's vision at night!

4: Tiger Cubs and Moms

5: The mother gives birth to cubs roughly 3-4 months after mating. The mother tiger is a good mother, she will attack anything that dares to come close to the den. The tiger cubs are blind. 1-2 weeks later they will open their eyes. They are around 3 pounds, roughly .5 of a human baby! They will feed on their mothers milk. Their is always a stronger cub, this cub will leave its mother before the rest. 2-3 cubs are born at once.

7: Tigers are endangered. They are the largest of the cat family. They live in Thailand, India, and Siberia. Admired for strength, courage, an d beauty. Population dropped 70% in the last 10 years. They weigh 720 pounds and are 6 feet long. They love water. Each have a unique pattern of stripes. White Tigers are a EXTRAMLY rare type of Bengal tigers. They have 10 times better night vision than humans.
