FC: Who am I? | By: Gabby Webster
Table of Contents Page two & three............................ Symbols Page four & five...................... Values/Norms Page six & seven.... Material culture/Technology Pages eight & nine...........Representation of me
The two rings represent divorce, because I come from a divorced family. The cross represents faith, because me and my family used to go to church when my parents were still together, I haven't gone to church since though. I still feel like it was an important part of my life, either way. The dove represents faith and peace because I feel like both are important to me and my family. The Burger King logo obviously represents the fact that I work there, though I hate it, it's money!
In my family, we like to have family fun night on Friday nights. Since my parents are divorced everyone goes back to my mom/step dad's household. So we usually do something together. May it be ice skating, watching movies, bike rides, whatever! | Another thing we do is we ALWAYS eat together because we want to hear what everyone did during the week that we were at the other parents house. It's really nice to hear what everyone did and if they had a good or a bad week. It's something I really look forward to.
I literally never leave my house without my cell phone or iPod. I feel pathetically lost without my cell phone and most the time I'm listening to music. I'm always able to find songs that somehow relate to my life or a specific situation I'm going through and that's why I like it. When I'm at home I'm usually on some website out of boredom
The two masks represent Theatre, which is a big part of my life. It is something I really enjoy doing and I could see myself taking part in acting for a long time. | This jewelry kit is a symbol of making jewelry, which is something I like to do in my spare time
Often times, I make my own clothing because I learned how to sew when I was young and it's something I like to do. | When I was younger, I hated to read, now that I'm older though, I really love reading. If I could, I would just read all day.
