This season is about breaking records. Youngest driver to ever win a main event or multiple main events. New track record. First ever 5/8 mini stock race winner. You can do it. Stay focused! | The main struggle that women deal with driving race cars is the lack of physical strength. I need you to be as good on lap 50 for me as you are on lap 1.

Do you believe that Molly Helmuth has what it takes to go faster than anyone has ever gone before in a mini stock?

This season, you have got to be in killer shape.

Do you always get what you want? Some would say you are spoiled. But all you did was ask nicely.

The difference between driving your Corrado and this car will be equivalent to going from a kart at Traxx and your Rotax to a 125cc shifter. There really will be no way to compare the two which is why you might really just take a giant shit right in your driving suit when you drive it. I won't judge you if that happens but we probably should have a spare suit on hand at all times in case it does! Have a great day driver!

"ARK IT IN, GET IT TO THE BOTTOM, LET IT RUN"

Beat Your Competition Don't Beat Yourself!

Remember, those laps you ran yesterday were the best I've ever seen you run! You have come a long way in a short amount of time. Me and Roger are friggin' proud of you. Nobody has ever ran to the front like you have this early in their racing life. Patience is the hardest thing to teach but you're awesome! Keep diggin', we'll get'em together :)

Podium! Sumas Raceway | Podium! Tri Cities Goldcup

Rotax Jr Final Tri Cities | A waste of good champagne

Just wanted to say no matter what the future brings, I wish you the best and know you will do awesome. I feel like you learned a lot from this year and hope to keep helping you grow! And remember, I got my eyes on you:)

Molly girl. You are like the daughter I never had!

That "GIRL" should be driving a sprint! | Fan Club!

You are one of us, except we fart a lot more than you, so you're gonna have to work on that.

You have something special that a lot of them don't have and can never learn: NATURAL ABILITY and YOUTH | Nice qualifying effort, hot rod! Now go put it to'em in the race

You need to challenge yourself every time you get behind the wheel to do better, focus more, finish higher, and ultimately put yourself in the position to win.

I think we can fix it. | Go girl. Show them what you got!

 Green Flag! We're moving up! | "oops" Roll over _ _ _ _!

We will make it: Better, Faster, Stronger

2011 Daytona 500 Winner Trevor Bayne

Hey kid. I hope you look back on last night and smile. You were amazing! Some drivers like Kris Harris and Steve Green went .2 on the new surface you went .8 faster than you have ever gone and are one of the only three out of over a hundred drivers to ever go that fast on the 3/8 in a mini stock. You raced your ass off in the main and went through traffic like a seasoned veteran! I am proud like a new father on the day of his first child' s birth. You are a weapon and people fear you now. That my tiny little friend is something to be very excited about!

What does everybody think of Molly being in a SLM next year? Dad and crew chief seem to think she's ready. Quite a jump from the minis. | The only 3 people who should care are Molly, her dad, and her crew chief. Anyone else's opinions, mine included, are irrelevant. Rod put it best. "There is no reason for this post, move on people"

If I didn't believe you could do it I wouldn't tell you that you were ready. It is just another car like a Mustang, or a Corrado, or a go- kart. Just another car. A little more power and a lot more traction. | The youngest female "EVER" to race a super late model at Evergreen Speedway!

I am so proud of you girl. That was a lot to bite off tonight and you did it with class. I often forget that you are 16 when you conduct yourself so professionally.

This wouldn't be possible without my family and my crew. I can't thank you all enough for every minute you have put into this journey.

We will always have your back. | Chill out little grasshopper!

Have mercy on me next year!

MOLLY HELMUTH CLOSING SUCCESSFUL 2011 RACING SEASON WITH FIRST LATE MODEL START SEATTLE (Sept. 19, 2011) — Teenage racer Molly Helmuth is set to wrap up a highly successful 2011 racing season with a very special night at Evergreen Speedway. On Saturday September 24th, the 16-year-old from Seattle will make her debut in the speedway’s Super Late Model Division of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series in addition to taking part in the season finales of Evergreen’s Mini-Stock Division and the Northwest Pro-4 Truck Series. “I’m excited about moving up to late models, and a little overwhelmed because I wasn’t sure we would do it this season, but I do think it’s time for that next step,” said Molly. “I’ve learned so much this year, from race lines to communication. Now I can tell my crew what the car is doing on track so they can make it better and faster. I’ve had such awesome support this year, too, from my crew, Roger Habich and Aaron Hoskin, my uncle Rod Helmuth, my parents, other racers and of course the fans.” Molly, the Mini-Stock Division Rookie of the year in 2010, displayed how much she has grown as a racer this season by setting a new Evergreen Speedway qualifying speed record and earning podium finishes in her race car, race truck and competition go-kart. On July 30th, Molly set a new Mini-Stock qualifying time of 18.814 seconds on Evergreen Speedway’s three-eighths mile oval, eclipsing the mark of 18.920 set in 2006 by former series champion Mark Weedin.

Molly has grown tremendously in 2011— quicker than anyone I have ever seen. What she has accomplished this season most people would need two to three years to do,” said Hoskin, a veteran racing mechanic. “If she is put in a competitive car, Molly can succeed against the most experienced drivers at the track. She definitely has earned a lot of respect.” The qualifying record helped jumpstart Molly’s strong finish in the division and is a testament to her season-long improvement. Over the past six races leading up to Saturday’s finale she recorded an average finish of 5.5 including a third-place result on Sept. 10, compared to her average finish after the first five races at the beginning of the season of 15.4. “Molly is focused, she is confident and mentally prepared. When her car caught fire on Sept. 3 we thought she was done for the night,” said Hoskin. “But we got the car fixed and Molly went back out there showing no fear and passed cars every lap to the end.” Molly's goal for 2011 was to earn a podium finish in every series she raced and she accomplished it. She had second and third-place finishes in the NW Pro4 Truck Series, four wins in the Western Washington Racing Association truck division, two third-place results in Gold Cup Rotax Karting and three wins in Rotax Seattle karting club events. Her Gold Cup podiums came at regional events located in the Tri-Cities and city of Sumas featuring the top karters from Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Canada.

People who know racing are seeing what we have known all along. Molly Helmuth is the real deal in a race car. | This is a big deal!

You impressed us all! | I am excited to say congratulations, we have selected Molly as a Shoot-Out finalist, and we are officially offering Molly a place in the Ron Sutton's Winner Circle driver career development program.
