1: Traveling through the Scottish countryside in June of 2011 and wondering what lay ahead (even though St. Andrew's reputation preceded our going there) our family, upon arrival, experienced the beauty of this enchanting mid-evil township.The fresh breeze, gentle sunshine, and old cobblestone streets connecting the gracious homes, ancient churches, quaint shops. and massive university buildings nearly all adorned with window boxes and gardens filled with joyful flowers, cascading vines and roses conveyed, "Welcome to Mary Charles' Graduation!" ~ Grandmother Lyndy
2: We met at Arthur's Seat in the misty Scottish rain after a long plane trip and were ready for some exercise so we fed the ducks and enjoyed the spectacular view of Edinburgh from the top of Salisbury Crags.

15: from St. Andrew's University, Scotland in Younger GraduationHall ,Thursday across the stage, received her hood, and knelt in front of the Chancellor, he conferred her of St. Andrew's University graduation tradition.

25: After we toasted Mary Charles with champagne and having a delicious luncheon, we gathered around the table in Robin and Kirstie's beautiful garden. We discussed how we were fascinated by Rosemunde while being entertained byPippa's first grandchild, Archer. We very much enjoyed this delightful day.
27: With a gentle wind in our faces, we each felt a sense of our own completeness while wishing the best for each other as we walked with the Pilcher family through the thistle covered hills along theFrith of Tay.
