2: Shamrock Run 2011 Nate & Brittney did an awesome job running with the Irish
4: Trent's "Nanny McPhee" Tooth
5: A trip to Big Al's was a hit
6: A day trip to the mountain in March 2011 was fun. We found a snow fort and went sledding. Everyone had a great time but Kassidy who wanted to head home as soon as we got there.
10: A week before Trent's birthday we had the Muenters over and celebrated both Heather's birthday from March and Trent's. We also got to meet the newest Muenter- Fergus the dog! We got Heather a potted plant and Trent got a Dragon boat! It was fun, food and friends!
11: April 21st 2011 Trent is SIX!
12: On Trent's Birthday we celebrated at home with Lego toys, a new kite, some dodgeball outfits and an electronic Tetris game. | Trent's special day!
13: We ended the night at Trent's favorite restaurant- Red Robin!

15: What a fabulous birthday cake Grandma Jacque made!
16: Special guests included Sam, Connor and Austin (from Chehalem, Carena and Daniel and Heather.
17: We all had a blast- making shields, sword practice plus cake and presents.. just what every viking boy wants!

24: Spring has sprung | Axe man McAlmond | Robin Red breast | Nate started work on the backyard- clearing the old tree- while we welcomed spring with mourning doves and robin.

29: Easter Morning!
31: Easter morning was wonderful with Nana & Papa coming over for breakfast and an egg hunt. The kids did a great job searching high and low!
32: We also celebrated Trent and Christina's birthday with the Conners.
33: Hippity Hoppity Easters On Its Way | Zhu Zhu and Club Penguin for Trent, movies for me!
34: Then over to the McAlmonds for Easter Dinner and presents! Kayleigh and Trent got clothes from Great Grandma Doris as a late Birthday celebration.
35: Trent got a Kung Fu Zhu Zhu from Brittney and Kassidy got to play with babies!
36: April celebrations included Christina's birthday- 41! What a wonderful way to enjoy the day with her favorite people and cake!
38: Mother's Day 2011 Started with breakfast in bed and wonderful gifts of love. My "big" present arrived the next day- the Pirates of the Carribean Lego Wii game!
39: "There is no friendship, no love, like that of a mother for her child."
40: Trent was definitely the "star" of the Mother Goose Tea Party show- he played the starring role in Twinkle Twinkle and a supporting role in Hey Diddle Diddle- playing the pivotal role of the dog jumping over the moon. He was awesome!

50: Kayleigh did a great job on her school project- "Build a Bug". She is so artistic and the teacher often uses her work as an example and we can see why! Great job!
51: We ended up letting the kids toast GIANT marshmellows over th firepit. They loved the toasting and got SO sticky! | June 2011 Helen, Pat, Monica and Kira came over to enjoy an early summer barbecue.

53: We had a bbq to celebrate the Greubel's visit. It was great weather and the kids had so much fun!
54: On their first Wednesday in town Kassidy & I met K.C, Nick, Kristi and Adam for the day. | Portland Zoo
57: In the last week of school Kayleigh's class put on a play- and she was one of the narrators. She did great- loud and clear and even memorized all her lines!
58: June 2011 Trent's Graduation from Kindergarten | Mrs Kirkley held a special gradulation event to celebrate the moment when the kids turned into 1st graders.
59: Friendship Continued | Friendship is the thread that ties our hearts together.

63: Father's Day We had bagels and fruit for breakfast and got Nate some BBQ tools that he put to good use that night... yum!
64: The weekend after we had Papa over to celebrate Father's Day and got him a firepit and Christina spent the day cruising with him on the Columbia Sternwheeler.

68: July 1st We told the kids we had to go to the appliance store.. but we actually surprised them with a day at Oaks Park complete with roller skating, games and ice cream!

74: Amazing Fun on the Fourth | 4th of July Picnic at the Petersons- we had good weather, lots of great food, wonderful conversation and a great place to let the kids RUN, RUN, RUN out in the wild!

80: Acrobatic feats and glow sticks kept us entertained until the fireworks. | These hamburgers sure were sweet!

82: Children's Museum: July 2011 We met Monica and Anya and her family from Germany including daughters Lilly and Helen.
84: 8 Year Anniversary! A great day and cruise on the Porland Spirit. Great food and a special serenade helped us celebrate!
