FC: Caroline Stahl 12th Grade Psychology Mrs. Riggs | Looking back at my life

INDEX | About Me Favorite Things Hobbies Future Goals The Day I was Born Childhood Family Friends Special Note

 About | Me

I was born into an amazing family on July 13th, 1994. For the first 7 years of my life, I lived Maysville, KY but I later moved to Northern Kentucky just prior to entering the second grade at River Ridge Elementary. While living in Maysville I attended Straub Elementary as well as St. Patrick's. There, the majority of my classmates were relatives. When I first moved I began playing soccer and basketball until the sixth grade when I joined the Turkeyfoot Middle School cheerleading team and I've been cheering ever since. I now attend Dixie Heights High School in Ft. Mitchell, KY and I am still shocked to say that I am finally a senior. These years flew by and I'm creating this book as a way for me to look back on my school days and cherish the moments I've experienced throughout the beginning stage of my life.

Things i love to do | Other things I enjoy besides cheerleading include drawing, hanging out with friends, listening to music, painting, swimming, fishing, spending time with my family, taking pictures, walking, sleeping, tumbling, boating, skiing, and eating. | All in all, I'd say that as long as something involves adventure or creativity, I can almost guarantee I will love doing it!

Future Goals | I have many bright ideas for my future and I hope to follow through with them someday. Some of which include traveling to another country; I would love to go to Europe, Spain, Italy, and Australia. Although that goal is more of a long-term goal, I still have other plans for my life in these upcoming years. In the near future I plan on going to college at either the University of Kentucky or Western Kentucky University. My major is undecided as of right now but I do have an interest in cosmetology as well fashion design. I'm leaning more towards majoring in Apparel and Textile Merchandising; however, I'm still young and I'd rather not make a permanent decision based upon my temporary feelings towards a career. Hopefully during college I can find someone to marry and start a family with. It seems weird saying that now because college will be here soon but in the future i definitely want to get married and have a happy family of my own. Ultimately, I want to be happy with whatever I do in life. I plan on making the best out of every situation I get myself into and have a positive outlook on life. | "They can because they think they can"

 The Day I was Born

Not much has changed since my childhood. I still love to play outside, spend time with my family, and dress up for Halloween! It is proven in a few pictures that I was, in fact, a cry baby. I don't cry to get my way anymore but I'm glad I did when I was little because it has provided me with many pictures to look back and laugh at.

About my family | My family means the world to me, plain and simple. I forget about any troubles in my life whenever I'm with my them because they can make me laugh and they truly bring out the best of me. I'm always encouraged by my aunts and uncles to do my best and forget about anyone who does me wrong because I deserve the best. No matter how many people people come and go in my life, I still feel blessed to know that I have an amazing family that will always be there for me. I am so thankful to have many relatives on both sides of my family of all different ages because I am always learning from the older ones and teaching the younger ones. I strive to be the best role model I can be for my little cousins and I always love entertaining them because thats what my cousins did for me when I was little. I've never taken the time to let my family know how much they mean to me but I try to show it. I wouldn't trade my family for anything in this world! Each relative has had a positive impact on my life and has ultimately made me the person I am today and I cannot be thankful enough for that. For any family member reading this, I want you to know that I love you more than words can even explain. I think the only reason I love the holidays so much is because I get to come home to Maysville and spend time with all of you! Thank you for making some of the best memories in my life.

When you look at your life, the greatest happinesses are family happinesses.

The people I have met throughout my life have been some of the nicest people ever. Still to this day, I am meeting new people through mutual friends and they each mean a lot in my life! I would hate going to school if it weren't for the people there that make it so entertaining. I am very thankful to have such a broad group of friends to talk to, which makes my classes all the more fun. Although on the weekends my friends and I do nothing but sit and eat, we still have the best time because we are so easily entertained! We are always doing dumb and embarrassing things that only we find funny. I love all of my friends and I hope to keep in touch with all of them when I graduate!

I wouldn't want to end this book without giving a special thanks to these people who have truly made a difference in my life: My best friends, Molly and Micaela; my cousin, Sydney; and of course, my parents. Each and every one of them has been there for me with the best advice and words of encouragement. I can go to them for anything and they never fail to make me smile. I love you all more than anything.
