FC: We'll Miss You! a scrapbook of notes and memories dedicated to Michael Wu
We'll Miss You, Mike Wu! Over the years at CBCSJ you have poured your love into many ministries - youth group, multimedia, worship team, and so much more. We appreciate your love, dedication, and servant's heart. We are thankful for your friendship, mentoring, and co-laboring. You have encouraged and touched each and every one of us, and we will miss you. We want to send you with a little bit of love as you venture up to Seattle. We pray that God continues to honor and bless you, and we know that the church you settle in will be much blessed by your presence. Oh yeah, and come back soon! 3: Dear Mike; Thank you for the many wonderful years of friendship. From playing tennis at Lynbrook when you were less than 10 years old to being counselors to Jonathan and Kristie. We will definitely miss you very much. May God continue to bless you so that you will be a blessing to many. Love, Wilson, Judy, Jonathan, and Kristie
Hey Mike! It has been a pleasure serving with you in Crossroads and on Worship team. You're an awesome leader and all around funny guy. We thank God for you and all the gaps you fill (and all the little details you get)! We'll miss your wise crackin' and attempts to hook somebody up on eHarmony (ahem), along with your go get 'em attitude. We're happy that you get this opportunity to go up to Seattle and shake things up. And also that you get to be with your woman. Take care and God bless! The Party Guy and Party Girl, Ryan and ALison Tsang
When it Rains ... When it rains, think of us in California Think of sunny days and blue skies Think of 70 degree weather in November Think of basketball on Sunday afternoons Think of barbecues at Hogue Park Think of badminton... When it rains, remember the family and friends that miss you And the blessings God has given you and there will be happiness with just a little rain.

Hi Mike, hope you had as much fun being my cabin leader than i had being under you. Thanks for all the good information about discipleship you've given me and all that you have contributed to me as a person. I hope that you'll have a good time in Seattle as well. From Joshua C.
Thanks for the preaching, teaching, discipling, and overall leadership. Thanks for demonstrating your love for God through your service in San Jose and Mexico, and good luck with everything in Seattle. Go Bears!...I guess.... Jeffrey

It's Mike! Thank you for all the fun times we've shared. You've been so encouraging and loving to me from the moment I came into Crossroads. This fellowship wouldn't have been the same without you. We'll all miss you crazy. Hopefully, you won't miss us too much, even though you know you'll want to. :) Thank you for being you, through the good, the bad, and the ugly (Mexico...). See what you missed when you didn't | come to Clovis with us? I pray that you would continue to be the wonderful role model you are now, and that you will continue to live for God, serving him in ways only you could. I hope you have fun in Seattle, but don't come back addicted to Starbucks! Love, Smiley :)
Dearest Mike (My Favorite Counselor): How can we ever express in words what you've done for us? All those Mexico leadings, Super Bowl Parties, free concert alerts, and drilling ICU questions that only you could answer. We are terribly sorry that we have to live without it from now on, but we're very happy that you have gotten what you've wanted for years and wish you the best in the near future. | Dearest Mike Part 2: Because I'll miss you so much, you can feel free to call me whenever you need someone to throw broccolis on your lawn or eat your mints in the rocketship in your kitchen. Thanks for being a good sport when we locked you outside and got to see your rockin' high school dance moves. I will definitly take into account what I saw! Love, Kristie (did I ever tell you that photo to the right is my favorite one of you?)
For all those times that you needed rest, I pray that God will fill your heart with peace after this long journey of moving to Seattle. Have fun, stay funny, and don't get depressed by all the rain (but remember that sunny California isn't too far away). Thank you for being an awesome counselor and teacher, the one I went to for spiritual, music-leading, and college essay advice (that means you actually helped me get into UCSD!)! I am sure God will richly bless you as you pursue Him, your career, and other things in the rainy northwest. Take care, Ho Ho
You were part of our lives when we were young. Thanks for being a good role model! You're a good teacher and coach. I'm so glad I had you for my IM leader. Have a good time in Seattle! We will miss you! Stay in touch! ~ Matthew and Lauren
Remember the Changs and the Jees! OR ELSE!
Our time at CBCSJ marks the same length of time you invested in the lives of our young people (11 years). Thanks for your passion and faithfulness. We appreciate you deeply and we look forward to a great return! Pastor Harrison, Rita, Matt, & Lauren
Hey Mike, you've been such a big part of Crossroads! I hope you have a great time at Seattle. You've made me laugh so many times. We will always remember your times with us at Crossroads! Alvina
Dear Mike, Did we drive you crazy? Thank you for all the time and effort you put into Crossroads. Whatever computer literacy I have now, I owe to your teaching I wish you the best with your future endeavors in Seattle. God bless! - Kristen Stinky/Stucky/Ming Chang P.S. - I currently have no pancakes for CDs, and no sausages for jump drives.
Dear MR. Michael Wu: I am very sad that you are leaving San Jose. But I know the reason and understand... even though I have no idea how it feels since I haven't met my true love yet. (God willing, I will someday :-] ) Anyways, I remember the first time when we got to know each other better... Mexico Missions 2004~~~~ UNCONDITIONAL. Wow, seems like years ago. You always joke that I was all quiet and shy, but then afterwards, I was talkative and sassy. But now that I think of it, I think I just needed to build up trust with all of you guys. And that's what I did do. Mike, sometimes you can be a little rude and that's what Ithink scared me at first, but then after I realized that you were like that no matter what... I was okay with it. Thank you for leading Crossroads like a big brother, unafraid to confront us if you knew something was not right, thank you for being funny and letting us make fun of you always, thank you for putting up with my insults and comments, thank you for always being concerned for us students, thank you for reading my college essay, and thank GOD for finding a lovely lady for you. I really really, from the bottom of my heart, pray that you and Di will continue to grow in the LORD and grow in your relationship with each other and sometime in the near future, surprise me with a pretty card, I mean invitation!!! Remember... Kaleb is available once he can walk!!!! :-) Also, I will never ever forget the poem that we wrote for you on the Mexico Missions Trip 2006, as a joke.. but that actually came true: "On the day his sister wed, he turned to her and said 'Will you be the one for me, my true and lovely lady?'" Now tell me, isn't God so amazing? He answered our prayers! In Him who is the Giver of ALL Good Things, Miranda P.S. You better learn more about babies... because apparently all you know is that they should ALL go to Cal.
Two Girls Who Asked Mike to Their Dance. What a Chick Magnet! Secret date: nobody at church knew that Debbie took Mike to her dance.--> | <--Written on the back by Mike: Are you impressed or what? Only a junior and being invited by a senior! Maybe it will also be your year next year. Don't think too hard about dumb jokes...you might hurt yourself...J/K. Have a fun time pondering the meaning of life.
Before there was Crossroads, there was Agape, YAF, and KFC.
