BC: The End... till next year
1: A year of many great new things and time spent with family and friends! | Jan. 2nd went to Columbus Home Improvement show with Doug B., then to an antique shop where we found this lovely goat table. | On Jan. 4th I went back to school at Clark State to do continuing education in Ag Business.
2: Jan. 21-23, trip to Washington DC with AgriPower Heard from Rep. John Boccieri, Rep., Jean Schmidt, and Rep. Robert Latta in the Ag Committee Room
3: An evening tour and visit to the American Farm Bureau offices. Enjoyed the view and taking it easy in President Bob Stallman's office.
4: Dinner at Bistro DuCoin | Loved their pink Chirstmas tree and some of the group tried escargot. | It was a good dinner with friends!
5: Started the second day with breakfast at the Capital Club and hearing from speakers. | Then went to the German Embassy, heard from Joachim Schaefer the German Minster Counselor to Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. Also enjoyed Lunch at the embassy.
6: Wall of Wine | Dinner at Fog De Chao | All you can eat!
7: Touring the US Capital Building

10: Thomas Jefferson Memorial
12: Was a very good trip with a good group of friends!
14: National Farm Machinery Show in Kentucky, Feb. 12 The perfect tractor for me and dreaming of a tool cat. Followed by dinner with a great group of friends!
15: Saw the Musical Wicked in Dayton on Feb. 18th with Kevin F. | Feb. 13th Valentine's date with the girls, went to the Rodeo!
16: AgriPower Training in Wooster, Feb 25-27 At Buellers Grocery with dinner and cooking demo from Certified Angus Beef.
19: Young Farmer Conference in Columbus (YAP) March 12 & 13 | Tent Loos was the speaker, very good! | Traver thought he would look good in my pink boots and hanging out with friends... Followed by dinner at the Japanese Steakhouse
20: June 10th with Mom for her Birthday | April 1st with Patti H. | May 19th with Shannon F. | March 18th with Kevin F. (it was really weird)
21: March 19th, Final AgriPower Training at Mid Ohio Food Bank Bagged Grapefruits | Matt also in Box | Me in the box of grapefruit to bag last of them, it was hard to bend over and get last part out. | My bagging group; Sherri, Scott M., Scott I., Matt, Mike & Me
22: Touring Mid Ohio Food Bank | We bagged 14,000 lb of grapefruits in less then 2 hours, "fastest volume vs. time, ever"
23: Next we visited Blystone Farm Where Katherine told about their farm and butcher shop operation.
25: Dinner at the Elevator
26: AgriPower Graduation | It was a great experience that I am thankful to have gotten, I learned a lot and made lasting friendships.

45: On May 23rd I had to say goodbye to my childhood best friend and cousin. He passed away in an accident that morning. On May 27 friends and family gave him a fitting farewell, it was touching to see all they did to make it just right for him! | Ian Edward Hamby Feb. 6, 1980 - May 23, 2010
46: In May I got a job with Heritage Cooperative as a field tech intern. Each day I walked farmers fields taking observations. We also helped set up test plots.

51: Haircut, before and after | Laura and John's first visit to Schmidt's | Steph and I at the State Fair
52: Steam Show Opening, tractor games, and parade
56: In Aug. I continued to work for Heritage Cooperative, but was no longer a field tech. I went to work in the Advertising and Communication Dept. as a photographer and intern. I went around to events, like county fairs and field days to take photos.

58: Alexis & Megan's Birthday at Chuck-e-Cheese | Sept. 18th
59: This summer and fall I started going to truck pulls with my friends when I had a free Saturday night... I enjoyed them and got to know some Ian's friends. On Oct. 9th they had a truck pull in memory of Ian!
60: For a short time Troy had a minor league hockey team. Oct. 30 with Doug B. Nov. 13 with Steph Dec. 4 with Jason and Brogan | Bucky | Troy Bruins Hockey
61: The Oak Ridge Boys Christmas Concert at Hobart Arena Dec. 18th with Mom & Dad

67: Dorn Family Christmas dinner, cards, Apples to Apples and sleeping
69: At the end of the year I got a full time job with Heritage Cooperative in the seed warehouse. We moved into our new building the week between Christmas ans New Years.
