3: Indus was known as the Harappa civilization. The Indus lasted from 3300-1700 B.C. Indus religious was that they worshiped a female. | The changing climate made the Indus older and drier. Indus used both cotton and wooden textiles. For the writing in Indus, they have as many as 400 symbols. In Indus most cities were abandoned. There were 3 phases of Indus valley civilization Early harappa, Mature harappa, and Later harappa. Indus was a bronze age civilization. Indus was the earliest civilization.
4: China was the world oldest civilization. China was one of the few to invent writing. In the east of China, along the shores of the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea. | China wrote tens of thousands of ancient written document. China language belong to Sino-Tibetan,spoken by 29 ethnicities. China worship of supreme gods or heaven. | The silk road in China served as goods but also for the transmission of knowledge and ideas. The years in China is based on cycles of the moon called lunar schedule. The rice in China was grown as long as 5000 B.C.
6: Mesopotamia became a battleground between the romans and parathions. In Mesopotamia, the earliest language written was Sumerian. In Mesopotamia, mathematics and science was based on a 60 minute hour, the 24 hour day, and 360 degree circle. Mesopotamia invented many, metal and copper-working, glass and lamp making, textile weaving, etc. The beliefs in Mesopotamia were that the world was a flat disc surrounded by holed spaces. Also Mesopotamia believed in many gods. Mesopotamia music written for the gods but most for important events. In Mesopotamia man are more powerful than women. Law of Hammurabi are the longest and best organized of the law collection in Mesopotamia. Between 900-630 BC the kings in Mesopotamia build great palaces filled with colossal stone.
8: In Egypt the Nile river was the axis of 2 early African civilization. Ancient Egyptian history is divided dynasty and kingdom. | The climate in Egypt is hot and dry. The art and technology was made during the old kingdom in Egypt. Pharaohs was usually wearing symbols of royalty.
9: The temples in Egypt formed backbone of the economy. Ancient Egyptians viewed man and women from all social classes expect slaves. | Land management was crucial because taxes in Egypt were assessed based on amount the land person owed. Natural Resources allowed Egypt to build monument, sculpt states, and jewelry. Hieroglyphic was written language in Egypt.
