FC: of change

1: A Year in Review - 2011

2: We flew back on New Year's Eve. The kids couldn't wait to pick up Tyke from the Kennel. He was so happy to see us. It'll be hard to leave him again

3: The more you laugh the longer you live

4: Chinese New Year Year of the Rabbit

11: Marissa tried snowboarding for the first time - she didn't do too bad. Spent a lot of time on her bum

15: What a bunch of crazy kids

17: This year Marissa brought Kiyomi up. Jennifer didn't go this year but we met the Murdocks and had dinner together one night. Kiyomi introduced us to Slamwich.

19: Let the hunt begin

20: Marissa had a really successful (competing in Kamloops) and then She also was accepted

21: competition season. It started off with becoming Senior provincial rep for Chilliwack Festival being award 3rd highest overall score in Festival Du Ballet and dancing in the Rose Gala. She into Ballet Austin's trainee program and moved to Austin, TX in September.

22: Bradley played Tadpole this year and as usual, Tyke the cheerleader was always present | Waving to adoring fans

29: Valley of Champions in Kelowna This was great bonding time for the boys. They didn't need any coaxing to relax. But not all fun and games.

30: The first road we did was to Whistler for competition at Peak Invitational. We stayed at the Pan Pacific and Tyke loved Whistler. He acted like a dog that is a world traveller

31: R O A D T R I P

32: Our next road trip took us to Kamloops but we stayed in Sunpeaks away from the hustle of Provincials. We were lucky because while we were there, it was the same time as the BC Lions training camp. Bradley also went swimming at the pool and we spent a lot of time hanging at Sunpeaks. It is so different when it is all covered in snow. Marissa got to suntan on the golf course. The big adventrure happened one day when we drove back from Kamloops and I ran over a gopher. Immediately after we ran it over, it started to thunder and hail.

42: Tournament in Lynden, Wa - We were supposed to play but it got cancelled. Since we had reservations at the KOA anyways, we decided to still camp. Josh and his family went down as well.

79: At the beginning of the year, Bradley was still with Coquitlam Metro Ford but switched back to Port Moody in the fall. Here he is playing with Metro Ford

106: Since the Gradys were leaving for Phoenix for Christmas, we had an early christmas dinner combined with Bradley's birthday. Marissa, Spencer, Justin and Andrew were unfortunately missing

108: Christmas Concerts & Christmas Trains | Mrs. Young's class talked about the different Christmas traditions for their Christmas concert song - they did such a good job

110: I'm Dreaming Of A White Christmas | Santa Breakfast at Grouse Mountain with E-Ma and Uncle Howie.

111: The boys brought their skates and had a ton of fun

115: Marissa performed the Nutcracker in Austin, TX for a smaller studio. This is her first paid job and got to dance the Snow Queen role and the Sugar Plum Fairy role with her friend Calvin. We're so proud of her

117: Writing letters to Santa and putting cookies and carrot sticks out

120: Marissa got her dream bike for Christmas from mom and dad. Too bad we won't let her ship it to Austin

122: Busy Holidays season - lunch with Yin Yin, having breakfast for dinner on Christmas day, having our traditional christmas dinner on boxing day with Andrew and Won. The kids played with their new christmas present - Xbox Kinect and Dance Party 2
