FC: My CPSP Project | Littering Problems
Friday Feb 4,2011 Today i went to evaluate the community and this is what i saw... <------ MAinly just a lot of cups everywhere. This picture was cups in an overflown trash can.
By the looks of it this community needed lots of help more than I could do by myself. Litter was everywhere it was a horrific sight.....so i asked many residents if they would like to volunteer to help me clean their community. With a little bit of help I knew that this community could once again be beautiful.
Collecting the trash was the hard part.....many days we stayed for numerous hours yet we still had much more to collect it seemed as though every time we collected more trash would pile up. | I have to admit that this was a tiring process, but in the end it was worth it.
Many days of work had been slowed because it was either to cold or rainy. SO on the days that we did work we worked extra hard to clean and be on schedule to finish the entire clean up.
I figured that keeping a litter free environment would be a continuing process. So I then asked volunteers if they would like to start a community watch organization where whom ever was caught littering would be fined. Also someone would be in charge to take trash to a disposal location on a regular basis.
In the end I think that this project was very useful for me and the residents of the community. THey thanked me for what I had done to help out. It was amazing, I was so surprised about how much gratitude I had received.
I also had to thank them as well for being so willing to let me use their community for my CPSP project.......So I gave each and every participant a thank you certificate in appreciation for their help, I couldn't have asked for better help.
Now its time to have fun in the sun
 THE END!!!!!!!!
