33: Corinne Whitaker, aka the Digital Giraffe, brings 33 years of experience to her career in digital imaging and sculpture. She publishes the award-winning Digital Giraffe eZine (www.giraffe.com), now in its 20th year of web publication and visited by over 156 nations. Whitaker has exhibited in over 80 solo and 260 group shows world wide, including the New York Digital Salon/Visual Arts Museum, Institute for Design and Experimental Art, Sacramento, California, Museum of Computer Art, Austin Museum of Digital Art, and "Momentum: Women, Art, Technology". Eight of her digital sculptures can be found at DAAP, the world's first virtual sculpture park online. She is one of the "distinguished artists" invited into two international conferences on 3D printing in sculpture. Whitaker is featured in the CD ROM and book "Women Artists of the American West" as well as "Art of the Digital Age" and the DVD set "International Digital Sculpture, 2009" Whitaker works out of her studio in Foster City, California. "Cradle Song" is her 8th book.
