48: Authentic Polish comfort food was the big hit of the day. In seven years we've never had people line up for food like they did at our first Polka Fest. We had homemade galumpkies and perogies. We also had Kielbasa with sauerkraut and home made Polish desserts. It was so popular that we ran out of galumpkies and perogies within the first hour. We'll definitely make more next year. | Kay Slupski and Pat Iannone were our "Polish Queens" for the day. They made all the galumpkies and perogies that we served.
