1: Drive to Sedona from Phoenix: impressive scenery, including rock formations with names, such as: | right, "The Court House" | Left, lower center of picture is "Snoopy" on top of his dog house. | Left, middle of picture, "The Tea Pot." | Right: Chippy's disdain for naming obscure shapes: this is "Abe Lincoln"
3: Casa Sedona, our BnB, was full of flowers, fountains, sculpture both whimsical and classical, & great food!

10: They don't call it "Grand" for nothing - astounding distances and depths.
11: Things that look two miles away are really ten miles away, and there are very few guard rails. Approach ledges at your own risk!!!
12: Old cabins become guest accommodations and gift shops; petrified rocks and, far right, an irreverent guide "tells it like it is."
