Dear Birth Family, We're sure this is an overwhelming experience for you and we truly admire your strength and courage to consider adoption for your child. You have probably looked at, or will look at, many different family profiles in the coming days and weeks. We pray that God helps guide you in your decision in choosing a family for your child. We have been amazed at the number of wonderful families that want to adopt and hope this offers you encouragement as you make your decision. We have both looked forward to becoming parents for a long time. After trying to get pregnant for a couple of years with the help of fertility treatments and having no luck, we decided that our calling to be parents was meant to be through adoption. We truly appreciate you taking the time to get to know us and considering us for your child. You are in our thoughts and prayers and we wish you all the best in your journey. Kevin & Annie
We are proof those online dating commercials aren't as silly as they may seem! Our first date was in 2011 and from that first dinner and bowling game we knew we had something special. Living an hour apart lead to many long, late night phone calls, weekend adventures and creative excuses as to why we needed to see each other midweek. After a year we were engaged and almost exactly 2 years from our first date, we were married!
Kevin | I was born and raised in a small town in Eastern Indiana. Growing up I was involved in a lot of different activities. I was in sports, FFA, 4-H, and was active at church. My biggest passion has always been farming. Growing up I spent much of my free time helping out on my uncles' farms. It was because of this love for farming that I decided to attend Purdue University and pursue a degree in Agriculture. I currently work as an Ag Loan Officer for a local bank. I'm fortunate that Annie and I now live on one of my Uncle's farms so I still get to help out. Family and friends are very important to me. I love holidays, bonfires, game nights, and anything with a group of family or friends. My family and I are huge Notre Dame fans so I love watching and attending games in the fall. I really like to try out new activities and hobbies. I'm currently teaching myself to play guitar. I'm looking forward to sharing all these things with our children someday.
Annie | I come from the self-proclaimed "Small Town USA" Alexandria, Indiana where I lived up until college. I played sports all through high school and was involved in about anything I could be. Summers were spent with friends where we could be found roller-blading to our local ice cream shop, enjoying a bonfire and having car concerts to Celine Dion. I later attended Indiana University where I earned a bachelor's and master's degree in Healthcare Administration. I didn't enjoy the science classes required to be a doctor but did like business so this degree allows me to help people in the hospital in a different way than at the bedside. I've been a healthcare recruiter (aka I hire people) since graduating and am lucky enough to work from home! I'm an avid coffee drinker, online shopper, concert goer and reality TV junkie. My favorite thing to do is be with friends and family preferably on the lake or playing some sort of game. I cannot wait to be a mom and enjoy life as a family!
I hit the husband jackpot when I married Kevin - he is truly the whole package. His passion for people and things he cares about is infectious. He can tackle any household project, rattle off an unnecessary amount of knowledge about Notre Dame football and luckily inherited a green thumb. There's not a day that goes by that he doesn't show me that he loves me. I know he will teach our children so many things, be their biggest supporter and shower them with love daily. I can't wait to watch him be a dad - I have a feeling it'll be his best quality yet! - Annie
I am blessed to be able to say that I am married to my best friend! I knew early on that Annie was the one for me. Annie is a smart, driven and caring person. Friends and family are extremely important to her and she would do anything for them. She always strives to do her best and is supportive of others. She is always there to listen when I need to talk, be the voice of reason when I come up with some hair brained idea, and crack a joke when I need a smile. I have no doubt that she will be an amazing mother and will show our children an infinite amount of love and support. - Kevin

I have an amazing family! My parents have been married for 36 years and still live in the home I grew up in. They have been great role models to me and I admire them both. They only live about a half hour from us so we get to see them pretty often. I have two older brothers and a younger sister. My brothers are 18 & 19 years older than me, so although I'm a middle child I was raised more as an older sibling to my sister who is 2 years younger than me. I have a good relationship with all of my siblings and I see my oldest brother and sister often. I don't see my brother who lives in Columbus, OH as often but we are able to get together every couple of months. My brothers and sister are all married and have children. Annie and I have eight nieces and nephews on my side of the family. I am also close with many of my extended family as well. I have several aunts, uncles, and cousins that live within a few miles of us. We have many family get togethers, both with my immediate family and extended family. There are often times over 50 people when we get together. I have always enjoyed being apart of a large family on both my Mom's and Dad's sides of the family. There is a saying that fate chooses our relatives, we choose our friends. I have been blessed in both regards.
Family is everything to me and I have been blessed with a great one! My parents provided a great life for my sister and I and have always been my biggest fan. Even though they divorced when I was young their co-parenting skills were top notch and they were both at all my school events and games. My dad remarried when I was in high school and I got a wonderful step mom and 3 great siblings out of the deal. Spending time with dad and Nancy is always fun. My mom lives in northern Indiana on a lake so many summer days are spent together on her pontoon. I talk to her and my sister everyday via our group text. My little sister, Abbie, is 3 years younger than me and is my best friend. There's never a dull moment when we're together! I can't forget Grandma Bette who still takes vacations with us and cooks the best holiday meals. I love my family and know they can't wait to spoil our future babe!

 Life in the country...
Asheville, North Carolina | Siesta Key, Florida | Bardstown, Kentucky | Detroit, Michigan | Hilton Head, South Carolina
Adventures | We love our simple life in the country but we also love to take trips and see new places! On the map are cities we've visited together.
Teddy is our fur child we adopted in October 2013. He is an Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler Mix. He is a ball of energy who loves to run outside, take car rides, and he's especially fond of his blanket. He carries it to bed with him every night! Teddy is very intelligent and understands a lot of words. We often have to spell things out we don't want him to hear. We're sure our kids will have a lot of fun with Teddy someday. | Teddy
We are definitely kid people! It's typical that you see one or both of us playing with little ones at family functions or cheering on our nieces and nephews at their games or dance recitals. For several years now we have been growing a place in our hearts for our future child(ren) and cannot wait to grow our family. We look forward to providing a life full of learning, adventure and most importantly love to any child we are lucky enough to parent. Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know us!
