10: Kirsten's Garlic Bread Twists 1 Tbsp SAF instant yeast 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Yeast Let that sit for 5 Minutes Then add: 3 1/2 Cups Flour 1 tsp Salt 1 Mix until smooth 2 Raise for 10 Minutes 3 Roll dough in to large square on floured surface 4 Brush with real butter mixed with garlic & sprinkle w/ Kosher salt | BREADS | M'S FAVORITE! | MOM'S FAVORITE! | Pizza Crust 1 Tbsp active dry yeast 1 cup warm water 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 2 1/2 cups flour Mix warm water, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl and let sit for five minutes. When bubbly, mix in oil and flour. Kneed or mix until you have a smooth dough. Roll out into two thin-crust pizzas onto your baking sheets. Top with sauce and toppings and bake at your oven's highest temperature for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and blistered.

11: Robin F's Sweet Cornbread 1 Cup all-purpose flour 1 Cup yellow cornmeal 2/3 Cup white sugar 1 tsp salt 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1 Cup milk 1/3 cup vegetable oil Preheat oven to 400* In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder. Stir in egg, milk and vegetable oil until well combined. Poured in pan. Bake 20 to 25 min. Insert tooth pick and make sure it comes out clean. Christalyn's Whole Wheat Bread 5 1/2 Hot water 1 3/4 Tbsp salt 3/4 Cup butter or oil 3/4 Cup honey 15 cup whole wheat flour 3/4 cup powdered milk 3/4 cup vital wheat gluten 1 Tbsp Sugar 4 Tbsp SAF instant yeast | Grind whole-wheat into flour. Place water, salt, oil, honey, about 5 cups flour, milk and gluten in mixer. Mix on high for about 1 minute. Add remaining flour until dough begins to pull away from sides of the bowl. Mix on low for 9 minutes. Shape into 5 loaves on lightly oiled surface. Pinch seams closed and pound top and bottom to get rid of any air pockets. Place in greased bread pans. Gently pat down and cut 3 slits in the top of each loaf. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake 350* for 30 minutes.

12: AMERICAN | Grandma Terri's Chili 2 Lbs. Cooked Ground Beef 1 Medium Onion Chopped 28 oz. tomato sauce 28 oz. Canned Kidney beans 28 oz. pinto beans 1/2 cup green chili 1/4 cup diced celery 14 oz canned diced tomatoes 2 tsp. cumin 2 Tbsp. chili powder (to taste) 1 tsp. Pepper 1 tsp. salt (to taste) 2 cups water 1. Cook onion and meat together. 2. Combine all ingredient and cook. Stove top simmer- 2-3 hours or Crockpot all day 6-8 hours | Robin's Jambalya 1 package of Kielabosa sausage 2 Chicken Breast Cut 1/2 inch 1 1/2 cups onion 2 celery stalks chopped 1 Green Bell Pepper Chopped 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 6 Green onions thinly sliced 2 cups chicken broth 14 oz Italian style diced tomatoes 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 bay leaf 1/4 tsp pepper 1 tsp dried parsley 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in large pan. 2. Quickly brown (don't cook) meats and set aside in bowl. 3. Rinse rice in cold water and drain a couple of times. 4. Oil pan and saute onion, celery, and GP 5 min. 5. Add rice, chicken broth and diced tomatoes bring to boil. 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 min. 7. Add Meat simmer (covered) for additional 20 min. rice tender.

13: Mike F's Rib Dry Rub 1 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp granulated garlic 1 tbsp granulated onion 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp kosher salt 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp white pepper Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in airtight container. Pack on the dry rub onto your next rack of ribs. For low and slow remember to tent the ribs Use 2 recipes for 3 racks Heat oven to 400* put ribs in and turn down oven to 250* cook for about 2 hours or until ribs are falling apart. | Greg's Ribs Clean Ribs Put water (liquid smoke) and Ribs on foil Make tent out of foil. 1. Cook onion and meat together. 2. Combine all ingredient and cook. Stove top simmer- 2-3 hours or Crockpot all day 6-8 hours

14: AMERICAN | Bread American Cheese Butter Optional: Add Ham Heat Griddle. Butter one side of bread. Place cheese and meat inside 2 pieced of bread. Place buttered side on grill. Heat both sides until toasted. | Grilled Cheese Sandwiches | Shepherd's Pie Meat Mix: 1-2 lbs. hamburger 1 onion, chopped 1/2 bell pepper, chopped Addional Ingredients: 2 (15-oz.) cans green beans Instant mashed potatoes Grated Cheese Fry meat mix ingredients together and season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour mix into baking pan. Drain green beans. Top with grated cheese and bake about 30 minutes at 350*.

16: Carrie's Guava Chicken 5 Lbs boneless chicken thighs 1-12oz can frozen guava nectar 1/2 ketchup 1/2 oyster sauce 1/2 soy sauce 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tsp ginger, minced 1 tsp five spice We use boneless thighs from Sams. You could probably marinate more once defrosted. Combine all ingredients together– blend well. Add chicken marinate 2-3 hours overnight is best. Grilling is best, however you can oven bake. Enjoy! | Baked Teriyaki Chicken 1 Tbsp Corn Starch 1 Tbsp cold water 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 Clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 12 skinless chicken thighs Over low heat, combine all ingredients but chicken. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens. Preheat oven to 425* Place chicken pieces in lightly greased 9x13 pan. Brush chicken with sauce. Turn over and repeat Bake 30 min. Turn pieces over bake 30 min. Brush chicken with sauce every 10 min. | ASIAN CUSINE | Shauna' s Haystacks Rice Chicken Cream of Chicken Milk Cook Rice. Cook Chicken. In saucepan add cream of chicken and 1/2 milk, stir, add Ranch packet if desired taste. Serve over rice and top with toppings. shredded cheddar cheese* pineapple tidbits* sliced olives* diced green onion* chopped celery* slice almonds* diced fresh mushroom Chow mien noodles* diced tomatoes mandarin oranges raisins diced green pepper water chestnuts cashews

17: Shauna's Egg Rolls 1 lb. Meat (any) 1/4 onion white chopped 1/8 to 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 cups bean sprouts Add any veggies you want 3 eggs 1 package of egg roll wraps Vegetable oil 1. Cook meat and onions 2. Add bean sprouts and veggies after meat is cooked. 3. Cook veggies until softened. 4. Cook egg partially in another skillet. 5. Add egg to meat mix 6. Heat oil 7. Wrap and put in med high heated oil. | Fried Rice 3 Tbsp. Canola Oil 2 eggs, beaten 1 bunch scallions, roughly chopped 1 cup leftover pork, chicken or beef, diced 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed 4 cups cold cooked white or brown rice 4 Tbsp. soy sauce Salt and pepper to taste 1. In a large skillet, heat 1Tbsp. Of oil over med. Heat. 2. Add the eggs and scallions. Cook breaking up eggs. 3. Stir in the meat, veggies, rice, and remaining oil. 4. Increase heat slightly and cook until rice is crispy, 5 min. 5. In small bowl, combine the soy sauce with 4 Tbsp Of h20. 6. Poor mix over rice. 7. Continue cooking until no liquid is left. Serve. | Yummy!

26: Joy's Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 Cup Sugar 2 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1 lb. Butter (room temp.) 3 eggs 2 Tbsp Real Vanilla 5 3/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp soda 3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips Mix all ingredients together except chips. Once thoroughly mixed add chips. Bake 350* for 11 min. | DESSERTS | Cinnabon 1 Cup Sugar 1 Tbsp yeast 1 cup warm milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 c margarine 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 4 cups flour Filling 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon 1/3 cup margarine, softened Icing 8 Tbsp margarine 1 1/2 cuos powdered sugar 1/4 cup cream cheese 1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk &sugar. 2, Add margarine, salt, eggs & flour, mix well. 3. Knead the dough in large ball. 4. Oil, put in bowl and cover and let rise. 1 hour 5. Roll dough out, 21" X16" (1/4" thick) 6. Preheat oven to 400* 7. To make filling, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl. 8. Spread softened margarine over the surface of the dough, then sprinkle the brown sugar & cinnamon mix over dough. 9. Roll dough & cut 1" to 1 3/4" on greased pan 10. Bake for 10 minutes 11. Combine icing ingredients, beat with mixer until fluffy.

27: Joy's Raspberry Jello 2 small raspberry jello boxes 1 8oz. cream cheese 2 1/2 pints of whipping cream 1. Leave cream cheese out to soften. 2. Boil 2 cups H2o. Mix with gelatin. 3. Add 2 cups cold raspberry juice (drained from raspberries) if not quited to cups add H2o to make up difference. 4. put 1/2 mix in cake pan and let setup. (glass/ Refridgerate) 5. Put other half in fredge sut up a little a nd add whip cream and cream cheese. 6. Whip until smooth and then add fruit. 7. Spread on top of already set Jello.
