This year's team had a tremendous amount of personality. They were fun, worked hard (for the most part), got along, and they all understood the goal. From that stand point, they exceeded as a whole. -Steve Contarsy | " | "
The team as a whole improved tremendously. Several people achieved personal bests that could not even be contemplated before the season. For every season, the goal is to have everybody achieve lifetime personal bests. I believe this year, we were close to this goal by a 90 to 95 percentile. - Steve Contarsy | " | "
It was a wonderful season with much progress made for everyone. The beginners made huge leaps in their swimming ability. I'm especially happy with those who were willing to swim events outside their comfort zone (long distance freestyle, 400 IM, 200 butterfly). For the more experienced swimmers, the team had top scorers and record breakers that lived up to their expectations as well. -Erik Matheson | It was fun to see everyone improve, though it was disappointing to see people working not as hard to improve. I think it's important to set up the season making sure everyone knows the goals to meet and how we can improve. It was a learning experience as well. For next season, we know what areas to work on with this group of swimmers. - Jennifer Bullock | " | " | " | "
SWIMMING | One goal i have each season is for everyone to become confident, knowledgeable swimmers. By the end of the season, most of the team knew what to do and how to do it. At conference, warm-ups/ warm-downs, preparedness for events and race strategies were all there. It seemed that everyone was prepared and ready to race. - Erik | " | "
DIVING | Working with Fatimeh was very nice. She made an incredible amount of improvement, and I know she will continue to improve. I am very proud of her. This past conference championship was her first time, and she was a little nervous. But, her talent alone would've taken her to State. Our goal is to make it next year. - Tuna | " | "
 Conference Men's Relay 4x100
 CONFERENCE Women's Relays 4x100
STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011 Finalist Jeff Lum
At State, you have to have confidence. Winning four events, getting two second- places, having a swimmer break two State records, it was phenomenal. Jeff swam three personal bests at State Championships. He exemplifies the personal bests of the team collectively. -Steve Contarsy | " | "
 ON THE DECK
The most tiring times tend to be the most memorable ones for myself. The long van rides, the overnight trips and the grueling day-to-day training. This is what brings everyone involved closer together. There is a sense of unity and accomplishment the group develops with achievement through all the hard work. -Erik | " | "
