38: 4th of July 2011

39: Ahhhh! Pretty !

40: This Vacation started in Yellowstone National Park with a large group of people; 2 Toussaint families, The Banks, The Newalls, The Tahoulles, 2 Barille families, the Cassillas, Impolas, and the Stockton/Gurley family ! We did miss the Dittamore's they had to stay home and take care of some Asians!!!! We had about 35 people, give or take a few! We toured the entire area, saw alot of Grizzly bear, bison, elk, wolves etc. We went on a river float in the Gardnier River and toured the Geysers, we partied at night and played Vance's bean bag game, that Gary got to sign 4 times! and got yelled at by the camp manager (too loud), whatever! We stayed at Grizzly RV for 6 nights. We then went on to Colter Bay at The Grand Teton National Park, it was breathtaking! We lost some of our group, but still 7 families! The men fished alot and they caught enough fish to feed the group! We went to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where we saw the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, and met some interesting people at Stagecoach Bar in Wilson! Took some awesome walks, met interesting campers and learned that HOLE refers to the valley! whatever! A man we met at an art gallery told us about the bear #399 (she has triplets every year and stays close to our campground), and we learned that people are stupid, cause they were getting out of their cars and hiking down to get a glimpse of the bear and her cubs, REALLY! We did a five mile hike to Hidden Falls at Jenny Lake, we saw 3 moose at moose pond and lots of marmots. It was a good day to hike! We left Colter Bay to continue our EXPEDITION in Bryce Canyon National Park, Utah. What should of been an 8 hour drive, turned into 14 hours.....Yep on this day a sheepherder decided to move his sheep.....across the highway! It was kind of cool though cause they had an awesome DOG, that was doing all the work! Then driving onward the wind started to pick up and there was 60 mph gusts that blew a tree down in front of us. Well the men got to use their muscles and cut and moved the tree out of the way! Finally made it! We camped at Rubys Inn and at this point the only families left were Toussaints, Newalls, Cassillas, Taholles, Banks, and Robinsons Joined us for a couple of days! We did some really cool hikes here (Queens Garden and Navajo Loop), the scenery here is beautiful, and you have to see it from the bottom of the canyon, so I managed to con some of our group to hike with us! HEHEHE! We went to Mossy cave, the Escalantes, and Kodacrome Basin! Ate at the only restaurant open in a little town and had awesome food! Got to see Saturn through a telescope that a fellow camper had! We ate tri tip BBQ on 4th of July, drank a little, played some bean bags and watched Fireworks by the Tee Pee! IT WAS A GOOD VACATION! | THE FINALE!
