A Letter of Introduction My name is Manuela Martinez, I go by Mela. I was born on December 20 , 1994. I am 15 years old, and the youngest of one older sister whose name is Elizabeth Martinez whom is 19. I am from San Antonio, Texas and have lived here all my life. I am very shy and it takes a while for me to open up to people. Right now I am a freshman at Lutheran High school. I am very athletic. I’ve played basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer and used to swim. My favorite sport however is basketball. I’ve been playing it for most of my life and feel like I excel at it the most. Although I’m shy and take a while to open up to people once you get to know I am a very loud, optimistic person, so get to know me.

The Ultimate All-Purpose Excuse Ring! Darn I missed the tardy bell, I told myself as I was at my locker which is in a completely different building from where my next class would be. As I walk in and look at the clock I realize I was only... ten minutes late! My teacher Mr. Eickstead asks "Why are you so late miss Mela?" This excuse had to be good. It was my second tardy and my parents had told me that if I got another detention I would be grounded, for a long time. So this was my excuse... I told him that someone had out turkeys in my locker and I was spending that whole ten minutes trying to get them out. Of course he just smirked and rolled his eyes. I knew he didn't believe me so I told him more... I said they must have been trained or something because they didn't gobble or make any noise while I was trying to kick them out. I told him I spent the rest of the time cleaning off the mess that the turkeys had made on me, that why I was so clean. He just laughed though, and said that that was the best excuse he had ever heard. So he let me slide, warning that this better not happen again. Thank God i wasn't grounded.
In a suitcase that is medium in size what kinds of things would I bring? I would pack my favorite snacks My favorite books My macbook computer to update my status on Facebook. and many other things I would pack my favorite clothes, my most comfortable shoes and of course my phone which I always use. I would pack my favorite movies and my favorite music, and anything else to keep me occupied and make this trip seem quick. | One Medium Sized Suitcase

Once you can see a clear wall in your diamond, blow and see the bubbles! | How To Make Bubbles Using Just Your Hands
Starry Night, By Vincent Van Gogh | Starry Night is one of my favorite paintings because of the variations of different colors and the swirls in the clouds and moonlight. The features are very exaggerated but they keep the viewers eyes moving throughout the painting. I think the swirls and lines in the sky show our imagination and perhaps what exists in the starry skies. | Picture | This

My youngest dog Oso is a handful, I got him when he was just a puppy. I mean just look at him, how could you pass that face? When we bought him we had no idea what we got ourselves into. When he was about a year old we found out that he was allergic to grass and has really bad allergies, I also think hes retarded but thats just me. It also took him a little over a year to finally become potty trained. He's really funny though, especially when he sleeps, he will sometimes dream and start barking, wagging his tail, or even sometimes move his legs like he is running. He has light brown hair and looks just like a little teddy bear, which is the main reason why we named him Oso, meaning bear. He's about 3 years old now and still jumps around and runs around like he used to when he was just a puppy, kind of like me. | Extraordinary Pet
An Introduction | The reason for choosing my title is simple, it is a book about me and my life so far, in other words my unfinished life. There are many different series of stories about me in this book, like things I want, things I have, or things that I used to have. I'm obviously not and cannot tell the future so life to come is unknown.
A family is pieced together with hope and faith. A family is quilted and bound with love and grace.
