1: Newlyweds on the plane headed to Boston, Mass. The only thing we had planned was the plane tickets and the rental car reservations. It turned out to be the best adventure ever. | I didn't sleep at all the night before, totally nervous and excited and fell asleep on the plane pretty much as soon as we took off. | Oct. 13th 2010
2: After renting the car, returning the car for a car that didn't make a funny noise, Ed drove for a few hours and we ended up in the little town of Lynn, Mass. | We stopped at Primo's for lunch and had The House Special Pizza - pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, onions, sausage, ham and peppers. So delicious!
3: We took a little time while we were there to find the cemetery that Eddie's mother's family is buried. It was so beautiful and peaceful.
4: We drove for hours with no idea where we would end up. We call several hotels to check for rooms and were running out of options. I was starting to get worried because here we were on the first night of our honeymoon with no where to stay. We pulled into this beautiful little town and found where we would spend the first night, Hanover, NH. | We pulled up next to the hotel and I said "What about that hotel?" Ed called and they had rooms available. Once we got inside and said we were on our honeymoon, we were upgraded to a Jr. Suite., Room 202. | Being in New England in the peak of leaf season was a dream. Everything was draped in orange, red, green and yellow leaves. The Hanover Inn is across the street from the campus of Dartmouth College. What a beautiful campus and town.
