9: That evening, we went whale watching. Luckily, the Humpbacks were showing tail like nobody's business!

11: Juneau's 4th of July Festivities | Everything you would expect from small town USA...complete with potato sack races, soap box derby, and a patriotic parade!

15: Beginning in Haines, we hit the open road and embark on our journey along the Golden Circle Route (7/6/11) | We stop on the side of Haines Highway to stretch and explore | The Golden Circle Route
16: Upon our arrival in the Yukon, we were greeted by a couple furry friends enjoying some snacks along the side of the road!
17: After a fun filled day of cruising and site seeing, we spent the evening in White Horse where we survived a citywide power outage | While scoping out the town, we encountered two bums squatting in the public bike lockers...those crazy Canadians! | Canada | eh? | Caught some Z's at our somewhat strange yet charming hostel
18: Driving back to Alaska, we pass Emerald Lake, a true "gem" of the Yukon (7/7/11)
19: Next, we take a pit stop in the tiny town of Carcross | The TP says it all...
20: Our 3rd bear sighting near the Canadian/Alaskan border as we wait for Megan's tires to stop smoking! | We arrived in stunning Skagway, AK with time to spare before catching our train on the White Pass Railroad!
22: Our Adventures at the Denver Cabin! | The only way to get to the cabin is by foot in the winter or by the White Pass throughout the rest of the year | Exterior... | Our bathroom | Under the tracks as a train passes
