BC: Every vacation must come to an end. What a fantastic, educational and fun vacation we had in Egypt!!!!

19: This picture was taken while our cruise ship, the Nile Admiral, was docked in Luxor. You can see some of the tombs along the sandy hillside. I believe that this was a result of the excavation being abandoned.
20: Don and I dressed for the Egyptian party held on the last night of our cruise up the Nile River | Don playing a game where he had a potato tied to a string which is tied around his waist. The goal was to be the first to roll the free standing potato on the floor to the finish line. He did not win!
21: First the stone is carved into the shape desired; then the middle is drilled out; and last the shape is smoothed and baked. | These pictures were taken while we were visiting the Alabaster factory. We bought a beautiful handmade Alabaster vase. Handmade is much rougher than machine made.
