9: After a short metro ride, we finally found Rijks and the famous IAMSTERDAM sign.

12: We enjoyed our trip amidst the rain, fog and cold windy days. We did a lot of walking and travelled long distances with our heavy backpacks...
14: The amazing European rail system was the backbone of our journey. From a EuroCity train to Munich, an overnight train to Amsterdam and a high speed bullet to Paris, we became avid train travelers.

19: The famous red light district in Amsterdam. Quite an interesting site, especially when you have a British thug as your tour guide. | AMSTERDAM
21: Eating "pommes", meeting strangers, living in hostels, walking along rivers, sleeping on trains, going to museums, eating authentic foods, driving on the autobahn, buying groceries; The voyage was overall very successful. It opened us up to new cultures, and has given us a more definite perspective of the world we live in. We will be back.
