2: Martin Luther King, Jr. was born January 15,1929. He was born in Atlanta,Georgia. This is the house in which Martin Luther King, Jr. was born.

3: His real name was Michael Luther King,Jr. Later it was changed to Martin Luther King Jr.

4: Martin Luther King, Jr., graduated from Morehouse College. The son of the pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta.

16: Martin Luther King Jr. drew 200,000 people to Washington, D.C demanding equal rights for minorities. King won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964 , becoming, at the time, the youngest recipient ever.

17: He led the black boycott (1955-56) of segregated city bus lines and in 1956 gained a major victory.
