S: My Week With My Family
BC: The End
FC: By Nicole Lynn Rodriguez | My Week With My Family
1: My week with my family started with a ride to the Phoenix airport. It was two hours from my house. Finally we got to the airport, and then a huge surprise came! It was only supposed to be my grandparents coming to visit, but then I saw my Uncle Chad get off the plane.
2: I had been so excited to see my Uncle Chad because I hadn't seen him in almost a year. I was just as happy to see my Nana and Papa and gave them all plenty of hugs. We drove home from the airport and stopped by In and Out Burger for a quick snack.
4: When we got home everyone was so excited to see my grandparents and Uncle Chad. We all stayed up late talking and having fun.
5: The next day we all went to the Pima County Fair. It was so fun because we got to ride on a huge ferris-wheel. My Uncle Chad and I also went on the Mega-Drop ride. It was so fun and scary, that I thought we were going to die!!
6: On Easter Sunday we all went to Sabino Canyon. It was fun and hot that day. The boys took a long hike and got lost, while the girls and my brother Ryan went to a swimming hole. Ryan and I climbed up very tall rocks -- It was so scary because we thought we would fall into the water.
7: My Nana, Papa, and Uncle Chad went to see my softball game. It was a tie ballgame !
8: My Nana, Mom and sister and brother went to see the movie Rio. We ate popcorn, candy, and drank soda. It was a funny movie, and I got to sit next to my Nana.
9: My Nana stayed an extra week so she could go to my Mother's Day Tea on Friday. She cooked us a lot of good dinners and made brownies. We also frosted cookies with her one night.
10: It was so great to have my whole family here with me. I really miss them and I was so glad to see my Uncle Chad. I like to talk to him about funny things that happened to us.
11: I can't wait for my Mother's Day Tea with my Nana. It's going to be fancy. I will be sad to see her go home, but I can't wait to see my whole family again this summer when we go to the lake cottage.
