FC: GENEVIEVE ESTEL ABBOTT May 27, 1949 - July 8, 2011 | IN LOVING MEMORY........
"Life brings simple pleasures to us every day. It is up to us to make them wonderful memories."
There's magic in a Mother's touch, And sunshine in her smile. There's love in everything she does To make our lives worthwhile. We can find both hope and courage Just by looking in her eyes. Her laughter is a source of joy, Her words are warm and wise. There is a kindness and compassion To be found in her embrace, And we see the light of heaven Shining from a Mother's face.
All things grow better with love.
All Because Two People Fell In Love
Mom - a healer of hearts, a friend forever.
 Harold & Jenny
Mother, your life was full of loving deeds, Forever thoughtful of our special needs, Today and tomorrow, our whole lives through, We will always love and cherish you.
Grandmas are moms with lots of frosting.
 IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER
"Mother love is the fuel that enables a normal human being to do the impossible."
The mother is everything - she is our consolation in sorrow, our hope in misery, and our strength in weakness. She is the source of love, mercy, sympathy, and forgiveness. He who loses his mother loses a pure soul who blesses and guards him constantly.
 The Light In Her Eyes
 Love, Happiness, Family
A mother's heart is always with her children.
“The best part of beauty is that which no picture can express.”
"Our paths may never cross again Maybe my heart will never mend But I'm glad for all the good times Cause you've brought me so much sunshine And love was the best it's ever been." - Ronnie Milsap "I Wouldn't Have Missed It For The World"
 Happy Birthday Mom May 2011
All things grow better with love.
A family is pieced together with hope and faith. A family is quilted and bound with love and grace.
Grandma - I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how I feel because I know I don't get to tell you enough and I want you to know. I wish we still all lived together because I got to see you everyday and spend time with you. I still get to see you now, but not as much as I want. When we lived together, I used to always go outside and sit on the porch and talk to you and I would come in your living room and watch tv with you. Sometimes I was a brat and wouldn't listen to you but that didn't make you love me any less. I miss all our talks. I always told you everything and you would talk to me about it. If I was down, you made me feel better. Since we don't live together anymore, I am going to make an effort to come see you at least twice a week. When I tell my friends about you, they tell me I am very lucky to have a Grandma like you. I love how you are always proud of me no matter how good I do. The thing I like best about you is that I can always depend on you. I also do love that you call me tons to tell me how much you love me. Those are my favorite phone calls in the world. When you call me, it makes my whole day good, no matter what. The thing I hate seeing the most is when you are in the hospital. It makes me so sad to come there and see you in pain and not feeling good. It scares me to see you hooked to all those machines. I know it's hard for you too and especially going through chemo and taking all those medications, but I know they are going to help you live longer so we can keep spending time with you. Another memory I have is one night when something woke me up. So I went down stairs and figured out you had just woke up and it was 2:00 in the morning. We were both hungry so I made chicken burritos for both of us. We went inside you living room and started talking, I thought it was so crazy that we were eating at 2:00 in the morning. I remember us watching tv and talking for hours, until I fell asleep next to you on your couch. When I woke up I was back in my bed because you had my mom come downstairs and put me in my bed. Another one of my favorite memories is when you used to take me to Aunt Judy's house in Roy, WA. I loved going there with you because it was out in the middle of nowhere and I got to always help feed the animals and ride the horses. We used to have a lot of fun there. I have so many memories of you and me and I hope that we have a chance to make several more. If Earth had more people like you in the world, it would be a better place. You are the best grandma in the world. You are kind and compassionate. Anybody would be lucky to have a grandma like you. I don't know what I will do without you once you are gone. It makes me so sad and makes me cry to even think about it. I hope the doctors make it so you have a long time left. I pray every night for you to keep fighting this cancer and living. I love you Grandma and always will, even when you are gone. - Logan Abbott 2011
 In Loving Memory . . . . . . | Genevieve Estel Abbott May 27, 1949 - July 8, 2011
In those quiet moments in the still of the night Remember to rejoice and celebrate life Do not think of me gone and weep I am not there, I do not sleep I am a thousand winds that blow I am the diamond glints on snow I am the sunlight on the grain I am the gentle autumn's rain When you awaken in the morning hush I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in flight I am the soft stars that shine You will hear my gentle voice and remember to rejoice Never give up your fight and remember always to Celebrate Life....
I have a lot of memories with Jenny. They were all good. Jenny is the most amazing person. Love you Auntie Jenny. Love, Kristine | I remember when I sang for her. She was so proud of me. I will miss that song. Happy Birthday. Love, Jamie | A million and one memories of us Jenny....A thousand cups of coffee, Mexican poker on th patio, birth of the kids, birthday parties, holidays, lots of laughs & tears...I remember most being a scared pregnant 16 year old girl and you opening your home to me and then little Vinny with open arms. I love you and miss you. Love, Nikki | A person with a big heart and love for everyone. - Don & Connie Stover | What I will always remember about Jenny is her smile! She glowed whenever she was surrounded by family. I remember one day Austin was born and she looked right at him first thing and said "Grandman loves you". Her beautiful heart will be forever missed. -Trish Wilson
What can one say in space on a card which is supposed to represent what a person means to another? Or, how can you explain the impact one life has on another? Let me try..... The entire Abbott family embraced and cared for me at a time in my life when I truly needed them. Jenny's support, midnight talks about school, family, life....all precious. You helped shape the man I've become. Even when apart, your impact ripples through my life and the lives of my kids. Thank you! Love, Warren | Gma J - I enjoyed the moments we had together, how you listen to all my problems and how you would tell me how fix them. You are the reason why I am the way I am today. I remember when I was little and we were making cookies and the beaters were on and I put my fingers in the bowl to get cookie dough, my fingers got caught in the beaters. I remember you running in to get my poor finger out. I will see you soon. Love you, Tiffiers
I didn't know her, Jenny, that well, but she was a mom. I met Jenny thru Jon and saw the love he has for her. The pictures and the stories are enough to draw me closer to my mother. We will always have our memories of our loved ones. - Hector | Jenny, I have so many memories of you. You helped me grow-up. You were always there for me. I loved how we could talk on the phone for hours upon hours! I am really going to miss you and being able to talk with you about everything. Thank you for all you have done for me. I love you ~ Always! - Michelle | Jenny we already miss you. I know you are at peace now and I thank God for that. We are all here at your picnic and you'd be proud of your boys, they are outstanding. They love you it, it shows! You will be forever in Bills & my memories. See ya, Pam & Bill
Aunt Jenny - One of my greatest memories of you was when you and Mom took me to the mall when I was a freshman. You helped me pick out the prettiest dress for the Snowball that year. We had a great day and I am so thankful to have had you in my life. I love you with all my heart! Love Always, April | My memory of Jenny is when Gordon, Mike and myself caught like 50 snakes and put them in the garbage can and she found them when she was taking out the trash. She was so mad at us because it scared her. - Unknown | Aunt Jenny - I love you so much! Thanks for being such a great aunt! Thanks for always letting me spend the night at your house when I was a little girl. I loved staying over with you and the boys watching Top Gun while Uncle Butch turned up the surround sound sooooo LOUD!! We didn't have any other aunt that lived near us, but it didn't matter because you took the place of all! Love, Wendy (a.k.a. Goobie)
