1: INTRODUCTION Malcolm X (born Malcolm Little) was born on May 19th, 1925 in Omaha. He was raised in Milwaukee. Malcolm's parents were Louise and Earl Little and he had 7 brothers and sisters.
2: ACCOMPLISHMENTS Malcolm X accomplished many things. A common accomplishment is that he helped bring freedom to African Americans. | Malcolm also wrote an autobiography that was finished by Alex Haley after Malcolm died. He met Elijah Muhammad and then became a Muslim himself.
3: WHY HE IS SO HEROIC Many people refer to Malcolm X as a shining black prince. Malcolm is very heroic because after all he's been through in his life, | (see page 4) he turned out to be a pretty decent man.
4: CHAPTER 4, WOW FACTS Usually, if you are looking for someone famous who had some problems in their life, Malcolm X come to you mind just like that. When Malcolm was just 6 years old, his house got burnt down. It was the 5th time the Littles were forced to moved!!! Soon after that, Earl Little was killed by the Klu Klux Klan. | In 1946, Malcolm X and Malcolm "Shorty" Jarvis were arrested for burglary. The went to jail for 7 years. In 1953, they were released and Malcolm went to meet Elijah Muhammad, leader of The Nation of Islam. On January 15, 1958, he married Betty Sanders and had 4 children. And on February 25, 1965, 3 men shot Malcolm at close range!!!
5: CHAPTER 5, CONCLUSION On March 8, 1964, Malcolm X met Martin Luther King Jr. at a civil rights act of 1964. After Malcolm died, he inspired many people all around the world. | That is why Spike Lee decided to make a movie in 1981. As you can see, Malcolm X was a little violent in the beginning of his life but realized that he could be the better man.
