S: For Kynlee, from Grandma-first 4 years
FC: To Kynlee from Grandma
"A precious baby has come from above to live in your hearts and fill them with love."
How did I get to be Kynlee's Grandma? It all really began long ago, in 1981 when this cute little boy (your dad) completely won my heart. He lived at my house for many months and even had his first birthday there. We took trips all over the place.
Over the years, there were many happy memories . Too many to even count. Every year the love grew and grew,...almost as if they were my very own precious sons. And those boys that I so dearly love got older and older... | Jimmy and his Great Grandma Schultz at his first birthday... Jim and Sean at Disney world Jimmy, Terri and Sean in Colorado
Then one day, our wonderful Jimmy, grew up to be a wonderful man. He found the perfect woman to marry and start his own family to love.... | Husband and Wife on April 23, 2005
I got the BEST gift on October 29, 2007....Kynlee Hoover arrived! Your dad called me on the phone, He said:""'Congratulations, you are now a Grandma' He made me SO happy...what a wonderful gift
"What A Life Eating Sleeping Playing... And Being Cute"
We came out to meet you during your very first Christmas, to hold you and hug you. You even stayed overnight with GG and me at our motel. You slept well, but we didn't...we wanted to be sure you were ok | Uncle Sean and Aunt Stephanie were there, and so was Aunt Nan and your PaPa Jim
 3 months old...
Mom was great at sharing cute pictures each month, so that we could watch you grow | Wonderful to have parents that love you so much!
A Baby Is A Bit Of Stardust Blown From Heaven
 EASTER 2008
 What a beautiful baby girl!
You came out to visit Grandma when you were about 6 months old.... GG came to visit, too. We couldn't stop holding you | You loved Bunny as soon as you saw her. So, I decided to give her to you as one of your 1st birthday gifts.
"It's The Little Things In Life That Matter Most"
You've now gotten to that very interactive stage--what fun!
You lived far away, but I saw you when I could
That big 1st Birthday! It was a fun day, lots of cake and presents and family......And your first real Halloween as well. Your dad put your hands in the cake.......you were being so dainty, you're holding your messy hands away from the cake, while you just dove in with your mouth.
We all spent this Thanksgiving together at Uncle Vernon and Grandma's house- when you were 13 months old
It was so wonderful to all be together for the holidays. We just enjoyed being all together, and mostly watching you. I asked your mom why she didn't bring toys for you, and she said 'not necessary.' We soon saw why, because you made your own fun: clapping hands, digging in the rocks and dirt. Your favorite was to pick the limes off my tree, put them in GG's lunch bag (which you carried around like your purse), and just take them in and out. You also loved watching Grandma cook, so I had to make Thanksgiving dinner with you on my hip. You also loved having PaPa feed you,....and sitting with Uncle Vernon in his chair. You looked so comfortable there.
Walking....talking and really learning everything about your world
Grammy came to visit as often as I could. Taking naps together, teaching things like golf.....precious times.
You loved spaghetti but hadn't yet learned the spoon!
"Twinkle twinkle little star; do you know how loved you are?"
 Easter 2009
You were enjoying so many things at this age...blowing bubbles, running in circles while singing some song. Learning to eat on your own
You loved books, and never tired of reading, You'd even get out of bed to read on your own....little sleeping beauty, reading that very book.
 Easter 2010
You have a cute way to try to not do something...you hunch up your shoulder, like the picture with Ethan.
You are such a happy girl, such a ray of sunshine. Every day is a joy for you
You changed so quickly, it seemed, right around your second birthday. You were just exploring everything, All of a sudden, you weren't a baby anymore | Your first horse ride.... your first kitty... your first trip to the dentist.... But still young enough to nap with PaPa
April 2010 What a fun month: It was Mom and Dad's 5th wedding anniversary....they went off to a beach in Mexico to celebrate Grammy Terri got to retire from work....which meant I had more time to come and visit.
So, GG and Grammy came out to stay with you on our own for a week when you were 30 months old. We had the extra surprise of kittens to care for as well. It was quite the wonderful week for all of us girls. You were so happy and good--not a tantrum or a tear the entire time.
We had the best week...we went to see turtles and flowers, We went to the 'jumpy house' many times. Lot of walks with the wagon, looking for birds. Your favorite was the red cardinal bird.
Bed time was a fun time...I helped you brush, GG did the flossing (while you laid on the floor). Then prayer time and then you would jump on the bed, into our arms for hugs.
First Sleepover. First time bowling. Practicing letters, Reading with Dad and by yourself. Prayers.
What a pink princess you were this day. Mom made your kitty cake and helped you open gifts. You said thank you to each gift giver, what a sweetheart. All of your grandparents, GG, Aunts , Uncles, friends were there.
The Hello Kitty 3rd birthday plus Halloween all in 1 day
Uncle Sean & Aunt Stephanie's wedding--April 30, 2011. You were the perfect flower girl! And quite the dancer later at the reception. You had such fun!
 Summer 2011
Here you are in June, 2011. You spent the night with Grammy and Uncle Vernon in our motor-home. Uncle Vernon worked with you on your ABCs, and we read books and did puzzles. | You slept on the couch-bed all night--but told me that if you heard a strange noise, you would be joining us in our bed,...but that after awhile you would go back to your own bed. The next day we played in the pool--you said 'Grandma the sun's up, it's time to be up. So off we went to the pool
Now it is your 4th birthday. Your baby times are done, and you are a beautiful and wonderful little girl. I wanted to take this moment to say... I love you with all my heart. Being your grandma the BEST. I can't wait to have more memories and times with you.
