2: MomMom's ColeSlaw | Ingredients: Cabbage Carrots Salt Sugar Miracle Whip Sweet Pickle Juice Little Piece of Pepper Grate cabbage or put in food processor Grate carrots and the little piece of pepper Add little salt and sugar Add Miracle Whip & Sweet Pickle Juice and mix up It is best to make the coleslaw the night before you are serving.

4: Ingredients: Potatoes Eggs Onions Celery Sweet Pickles Miracle Whip Salt & Pepper Boil Potatoes and boil eggs, let cool, peel skin off and dice. Chop onions & celery, and put in bowl with diced potatoes and eggs. | Dice sweet pickles and put in bowl. Add Miracle Whip and a little of juice from sweet pickle jar. Add salt and pepper and mix up. It is best to make the potato salad the night before you are serving. | Potato Salad

5: Ingredients: Chicken Breasts Celery Salt & Pepper Miracle Whip Boil and split chicken breasts, and let cool. Take off skin and throw out. (You can use skinless chicken breast too.) Take all the meat off the bone and dice up. Dice celery and add with salt, pepper, and Miracle Whip Put in fridge, let get cold, and then put on a fresh bread. | Chicken Salad

6: stuffed Peppers | Ingredients Peppers Rice Ground Beef Onion Campbell’s Tomato Soup Worcester Sauce Blanch Peppers- (That is when you take the tops off the peppers and clean out the inside.) Put the peppers in boiling water and cook until they are soft. Take peppers out of pot and let sit until the meat mixture is ready. Cook Rice. Grate an onion into beef or turkey and brown together. Add salt and pepper. Add Cooked Rice into pan with brown meat and onions. Add a can or two of Campbell’s tomato soup. Add Worcester sauce. Let cook a little with all the stuff in the meat mixture Then get a casserole dish with lid. Put the meat mixture in the peppers and put in dish. Put the extra meat mixture around the peppers. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook pepper with lid for an hour.

8: Ingredients: Elbow Macaroni Butter Salt & Pepper Milk Cracker Barrel White Sharp Cheese Cook Elbow Macaroni. Spray glass casserole dish and put a little of macaroni in bottom . Cut up some Cracker Barrel white sharp cheese and break it up and put on top of macaroni and add some salt and pepper. Add more layers of this until you are near the top of dish. Once you reach the top of the dish add some milk and cut up some pieces of butter and put on top. Put lid on dish and bake for 1 hour or until you see the mixture bubbling. | Macaroni & Cheese

9: Ingredients: 1 cup butter-softened 1 cup sugar 4 eggs 20 oz crushed pineapple well drained 5 pieces bread-remove crust and cube Cream butter and sugar then add eggs, pineapple, and bread. Put in a greased square pan and bake 1 hour on 350 | Pineapple Stuffing

10: Ingredients 3 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 large red onion diced 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 cup fresh basil leaves, shredded 1 baguette Coarse salt and ground black pepper 2 to 3 peeled garlic cloves for rubbing In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, and basil, season lightly with salt and pepper. Add olive oil and vinegar, and toss well to combine. Let stand at room temp. for at least 1 hour and up to 3 hours Heat broiler pan or grill pan. Cut bread diagonally into inch thick pieces. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil. Grill or broil on both sides until toasted. Rub hot bread lightly with garlic cloves on 1 side only and sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with tomato mixture. Let stand a few minutes to allow juices to soak into bread before serving. | Bruschetta

13: Homemade Barbecue Sauce | Ingredients: 1 cup ketchup 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 1 Tablespoon Vinegar 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp ground mustard 1 tsp onion salt 1 tsp chili powder Mix everything together and put on whatever you would like. If you have leftovers, it will keep for a few days.

14: Ingredients: 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced teaspoon salt 2 jalapeños seeded and chopped teaspoon ground black pepper 1 onion chopped | In a food processor or blender, combine tomatoes, garlic, jalapeños, cilantro, salt and pepper and blend to desired consistency. Add onion and blend. Cover and chill | Homemade Salsa

15: Ingredients: lb soft butter 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff 14 oz peanut butter creamy 1 lb Confectioners Sugar Mix butter, peanut butter, fluff, and sugar gradually. Shape into small balls and chill on wax paper lined cookie sheets. Melt chocolate over very low heat. Dip balls into chocolate and put on waxed line cookie sheets and chill. | Peanut Butter Balls

16: Cooked Icing | Ingredients: Sugar Butter Crisco Vanilla Milk Wondra Flour Cream together 1 cup sugar, 1/4 lb butter (1 stick), Crisco and 1 tsp vanilla. Let sit Cook on stove top 1 cup milk, 5 tbsp Wondra flour; stirring constantly until thick. When done put a piece of plastic wrap on while warm until it cools so that a skin doesn't form After flour mixture is cool, mix together with creamed ingredients until thick enough to spread.

19: Cheesecake Cupcakes | Ingredients 24 vanilla wafers 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 pkg 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 can of fruit that you like-pineapple, cherry, blueberry Preheat oven to 375. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake liner. In small bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill the liners 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake for 15 or 20 minutes or until set. Once cooled, top each cupcake with spoonful of fruit filling and than chill before serving

21: MomMom's Marvelous Monkey Bread | Ingredients: 4 cans biscuits-Need to be cold 2 Sticks Butter melted 1 cup sugar 5 tsp Cinnamon Bundt Pan Melt one stick butter. Combine sugar and Cinnamon, and put in plastic bag. Quarter biscuits and put in with sugar & cinnamon mixture and shake until well coated. Pour melted butter in bottom of bundt pan. Layer biscuits evenly in pan and pour remaining sugar mixture over biscuits. Melt another stick of butter and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

23: Pig Cake | Ingredients: 1 Box Yellow Butter Cake Mix 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges 1 stick softened butter 1/2 cup orange juice 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Mix cake mix, vanilla, orange juice, and add eggs one at a time. Beat mixture for 4 minutes. Drain oranges, and add to butter. Then add to mixed ingredients and mix only until blended. Pour into a greased and floured 9 X 13 pan. Bake for 350 for hour or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Frosting for Pig Cake 1 small box instant vanilla pudding 1 2 oz can crushed pineapple 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla 14.5 oz container of cool whip

25: Name | Rice Pudding | Ingredients 6 cups whole milk 1/2 cup rice Two scoops sugar Nutmeg Put all ingredients in glass casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 1 and a half hours. Stirring mixture every at a half hour and again at one hour.

26: Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1/4cup butter-softened 2 tsp baking powder 1 egg(beaten) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 2 cups drained blueberries Cream sugar and butter. Beat in egg. Blend in milk. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt and blend in blueberries. Put in 9 inch square pan Topping 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup flour 1/4 cup butter softened Combine topping ingredients and crumble over cake mixture. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 45-50 minutes | Blueberry Buckle

28: Whoopie Pies | Ingredients 2 cups sugar 1 cup shortening 2 eggs 4 cups flour 1 cup cocoa 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup hot water 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup sour milk-Buttermilk 1 teaspoon salt Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Sift together flour, cocoa, and salt. Add to cream mixture alternating with buttermilk. Add vanilla. Dissolve/baking soda in hot water and add last. Mix well and drop by tablespoon on to a greased cookie sheet. BAKE at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes on greased baking sheets Filling 2 egg whites beaten 2 teaspoons vanilla 4 cups powdered sugar 4 tablespoon milk 1 and half cup shortening Mix egg whites,milk, vanilla, and 2 cups powdered sugar. Then beat in shortening and remaining powdered sugar. Spread a little of filling on cool flat side of cookies and top with another cookie

30: Ingredients: 4 eggs 3 tsp baking powder 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1 cup veg. oil 2 1/2 tsp vanilla 3 cups flour 2 cups thinly sliced apples sprinkled with Some sugar & cinnamon | Jewish Apple Cake | Add ingredients one at a time, beating mixture well after each one until smooth. Place half of batter into Bundt cake pan and add 2 cups of apple mixture and add rest of the batter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Once cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.

31: Ingredients: 16 oz large curd cottage cheese 1 1/4 cup sugar 8 oz cream cheese softened 2 tbsp lemon juice 8 oz sour cream 4 eggs 1/4 cup flour Blend all ingredients into blender thoroughly. Pour into greased 13X9 pan. Sprinkle with Cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes | Cheese Pie

32: Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 cups flour 3 eggs 1 pkg(10 oz) White baking chips Heat oven to 350 and grease 13 x 9x2 pan. Heat butter and chips just like we melt chocolate at Christmas. If you don't have chocolate melting pan just put a small amount of water in sauce pan, let water simmer, and put glass bowl on top of pan. Mixture may appear curdled but that is ok. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in remaining ingredients and spread in pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely. Creamy Vanilla Glaze for brownies 1 cups powdered sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons butter softened 1/2 to 1 tsp vanilla 1 to 2 tablespoons warm water or milk Mix all ingredients until smooth and spread on cool brownies | Triple Vanilla Brownies

33: Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 2/3 cup flour 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup mashed pumpkin 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon Mix all ingredients until smooth and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 325degrees for 1 hour. | Pumpkin Bread

35: Orange Cake | Ingredients: 1 box Orange Cake mix 1/3 cup veg oil 1 1/3 cups orange juice 2 tbsp grated orange peel 1 small box instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs Mix all above ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Orange Cake Frosting 1 small box vanilla instant pudding 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup milk tsp orange extract 1 tbsp grated orange peel Orange food coloring In medium bowl with wire whisk prepare vanilla pudding as labeled using only 1 cup milk. Add 1 tbsp orange peel and mix well and refrigerate. In a small bowl with mixer at medium speed beat heavy cream and orange extract until stiff peaks form. With rubber spatula fold whipped cream mixture into pudding. Follow directions on food coloring box and tint frosting pale orange. Refrigerator frosting until cake is cooled. When cake is completely cooled frost cake. Remember to refrigerate any leftover cake.
