1: Food is necessary. Processing is not. | Ch | This has only 25 more calories, but has additives and preservatives your body doesn't need. | One medium raw apple has 65 calories, no additives or preservatives.

2: Cow's milk is higher in fat and calories than almond milk. | Almond milk has 40 calories in an 8 oz. serving. Cow's milk has 146 calories in an 8 oz. serving. Almond milk has 3 grams of fat per 8 oz. serving. Cow's milk has 8 grams of fat per 8 oz. serving.

3: Margarine is full of stuff you can't pronounce. | Real butter is made from real stuff that you can pronounce, like cream and salt.
