7: Grease the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of an 8X4X2" loaf pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt Make a well in the center of dry mixture; set aside. In another bowl combine egg, bananas, sugar, & cooking oil. Add egg mixture all at once to dry mixture. Stir until just moistened (batter should be lumpy). Fold in nuts Spoon batter into the prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 50-55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Wrap & store overnight before slicing. | Banana Bread | 1 1/2 flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 egg 1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium) 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup chopped nuts

8: 1-cup all purpose flour 1-cup yellow cornmeal 2/3 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1-egg 1-cup milk 1/3 cup vegetable oil | In a large bowl combine flour, cornmeal,sugar,salt and baking powder. Stir in egg,milk and vegetable oil. Pour into greased pan. Place in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. | Cornbread

10: 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 large-Granny Smith apples peeled,cored and cut into chunks 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 2-large eggs 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 ground nutmeg Confectioner sugar for dusting | In medium saucepan bring apples and 1/4 cup of water to simmer on high heat. Cover and reduce to medium heat. Cook apples until tender. About.12 minutes. Mash apples with whisk. Stir for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk brown sugar into apples. Whisk in oil.. Whisk in eggs,salt,flour baking powder,baking soda,nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour mixture into greased Bundt pan. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes. 11: 2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 1/2teaspoons baking soda 1 1/2 cups salad oil 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 2 cups grated raw carrots 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained) 1/2 cup chopped nuts | Sift together flour,baking powder,cinnamon, baking soda Mix together salad oil, eggs, sugar Beat until well blended Mix with dry ingredients Beat well Add raw carrots,drained pineapple and chopped nuts Beat well . Pour into 9x13 greased pan Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60min. Cream cheese frosting optional | Carrot Cake | Recipe from Grandma James

12: 1 -18.5oz box of plain white cake mix 1-3oz. pkg. blackberry gelatin 3-eggs 1/2 cup cooking oil 3/4 cup Mogen David blackberry royal wine Glaze -2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup blackberry wine | In large mixing bowl, stir together cake mix and gelatin until well blended. Add eggs,oil and wine. Blend on low until moistened,continue on medium speed for 2 minutes scraping sides of bowl. Pour into heavily greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool before removing from pan. For glaze mix sugar and wine in sauce pan, on medium heat bring to boil. Let glaze cool until it is consistency of syrup. Pour over cooled cake. | Blackberry Royal Bundt Cake

13: For Crust combine cake mix, butter and one egg. Mix ingredients together and press evenly into bottoms and sides of 12x18 baking pan. Mix ingredients for filling. Pour filling over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Top should be Golden Brown. | Gooey Butter Cake | Crust: 1- box yellow cake mix 1- stick melted butter 1- egg 1- 8oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese Filling: 1 pound box confectioners sugar 2-eggs 1-teaspoon vanilla

14: Jello Poke Cake | Prepare cake batter bake as directed for 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes. Pierce cake with large fork at 1/2 intervals. In small bowl dissolve Jello with boiling water stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour over cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour. | 1-pkg white cake mix (2 layer size) 1-cup boiling water 1-pkg (3oz) Jello Strawberry gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 1-tub (8oz.) Cool Whip (thawed)

15: 1-cup shortening 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1/4 cup red food coloring 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup buttermilk 2 1/4 cups flour (sifted 3x) 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon baking soda | Red Velvet Cake | Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat for 1 minute. Mix cocoa and food coloring in cup to make paste, add salt. Add to first mixture . Beat well. Mix vanilla in buttermilk and add slowly to mixture, alternating with flour. Combine vinegar and baking soda together and then add to mixture. Blend ingredients. Do not mix or beat. Bake in 2 greased and floured 8inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 28-30 minutes .To ice cake, use Creamy Icing or Butter Frosting. | Mom was given this recipe from a coworker at the hospital where she worked in Warrensburg,Mo. It has been a family favorite.

16: Crust 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter (chilled) and diced 1/2 cup ice water Pie 8 cups peeled baking apples 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3/4 cup white sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1- teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 -tablespoons butter 1-egg yolk 1-tablespoon milk | Pie In large bowl mix the apples with lemon juice. Combine sugars,flour,cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss in with apples and mix to coat. Use 9 inch pan lined with pastry crust . Add apple mixture. Dot with butter. Place second Pastry crust on top of pie filling. Cut slits in top of crust to vent. In small bowl beat egg yolk and milk. Brush mixture over top crust of pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake additional 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden. Pastry Crust In large bowl combine flour and salt Cut in butter until mixture resemble coarse crumbs. Stir in ice water a tablespoon at a time until mixture forms a ball. Wrap dough in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Sprinkle surface with flour,. Roll dough out and divide in half. Spread out to fit 9 inch pan. | Apple Pie

17: Preheat oven and baking sheet to 375 degrees. Combine eggs,pumpkin, sugar,salt,cinnamon, ginger,cloves and milk Place filling in pie shell. Make sure edges of shell are crimped. Bake in center of oven for 70 minutes. | Pumpkin Pie | 1- PET-RITZ Deep Dish Pie Crust Shell 2 -eggs (slightly beaten) 1-can (16oz.) solid pack pumpkin 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1-can (12oz.) PET Evaporated Milk

18: Mix 1/2 cup sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler. Blend in 3 egg yolks and milk. Cook uncovered over boiling water for 10-12 minutes or until thickened. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat . Add vanilla. Spread small amount of custard in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Set aside 12 Nilla Wafers for the top. Cover with layers 1/3 each of the remaining Nilla Wafers, bananas and remaining custard. Repeat layer 2 more times. Beat egg whites with mixer on high speed . Gradually blend in remaining sugar until peaks form. Spread over custard. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown Let cool. Place last 12 Nilla Wafers to top. | Vanilla Wafer Banana Pudding | 3/4 cup sugar (divided) 1/3 cup of flour Dash of salt 3 eggs (separated) 2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 5 Bananas (sliced) 45- Nilla Vanilla Wafers

20: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1-teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter (softened ) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2-large eggs 1-12oz. pkg.Nestle Toll house Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels 1-cup chopped nuts (optional) | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,salt and baking soda. Beat Butter,sugars and vanilla in large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well in between each egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Sir in Chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon unto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Place on racks and let cool. | Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookies

21: 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup shortening 1/4 cup butter (softened) 1-egg 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt | In large bowl mix sugars,peanut butter, butter,shortening and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten in criss cross pattern using back of fork dipped in sugar. Bake 9-10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Place on cooling racks. | Peanut Butter Cookies

22: 1 3/4 cups sifted all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar Chocolate Kisses | Sift flour,baking soda and salt. Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add 1 unbeaten egg and vanilla. Beat well. Blend in the dry ingredients gradually. mix thoroughly. Shape dough into balls. Roll balls in sugar and placed on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from oven. Place Kiss on top of each cookie pressing down firmly so the cookie cracks around edges. Return cookies to oven for additional 2 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. | Peanut Butter Blossoms

23: 1 cup margarine 1 cup chunky peanut butter 12-crushed graham crackers 1 pound box powdered sugar 6 oz bag chocolate chips 1/2 cake paraffin wax | Soften the margarine. Add peanut butter,sugar and graham crackers Mix well with hands until smooth. Make 1 inch balls place in refrigerator overnight. Over hot water (double boiler) melt chocolate chips and wax. Using toothpicks dip balls into chocolate. Place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Place in refrigerator. | Peanut Butter Buckeye Cookies | This recipe used by Grandma Boyer, Mom and Aunt Lou Original recipe found in antique cookbook | Peanut Butter Buckeyes

24: 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2- sticks butter (softened) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2-large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 cups Quick Oats 1-11oz.pkg.-Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Morsels | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour,baking soda,salt and cinnamon in small bowl. Beat butter,sugars,eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and oats. Drop by rounded tablespoons unto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 7-8 minutes for chewy cookies. Cool for 2 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks. | Nestle Oatmeal Scotchies

25: 1 1/4 cup flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1 stick butter | Mix well until you can work into a ball . Roll out. Cut Shapes. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes | Shortbread Cookies

26: 2 cups sifted flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1-egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon milk Sugar for sprinkling | Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter until soft. Beat in sugar,egg, vanilla and milk. Add to flour mixture. Mix well. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes. Place dough on lightly floured board or cloth. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with floured cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar and bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Decorate as desired. | Sugar Cookies

27: 1/3 cup butter 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 1/2 cups (sifted) confectioners sugar 3-4 tablespoons milk Cream butter,salt and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually,beating after each addition. Add 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat until smooth. Beat in more milk until spreading consistency is reached. | Creamy Butter Frosting | Creamy Icing | 3 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk Cook until thick. Let cool. Cream 1 cup Crisco 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Cream until fluffy and blend with flour and milk mixture. Beat. | Frosting | 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup milk 7 teaspoons flour Cook milk and flour over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and place in refrigerator to cool. When cool add to mixture of butter,sugar and vanilla. Beat until correct consistency.

29: 1-cup butterscotch chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup peanuts 2 cups Chow Mien noodles | Microwave the butterscotch chips and peanut butter for 3-5 minutes on 50 percent power. Add remaining ingredients. Blend to coat noodles thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Chocolate chips can be substituted for butterscotch. | Butterscotch Haystacks

30: 4 -cups sugar 1- cup white corn syrup 3/4 cup cold water 3-egg whites 1- teaspoon pure vanilla 2-cups chopped pecans | In heavy saucepan over medium heat, Stir together Sugar, corn syrup and water Stir only until sugar has dissolved. Do not stir after this point. Cook syrup mixture until it has reached 250 degrees on a candy thermometer. Bringing it to hardball stage. While the syrup is cooking, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Once the sugar mixture has reached 250 degrees, carefully pour a slow steady stream into the egg whites, beating constantly at high speed. Add the vanilla and continue beating until mixture holds its shape. (approx. 5 minutes) Stir in pecans. Using two spoons , one to twirl and one to push off place on waxed paper | Divinty

31: 3 pkgs-6 oz. chocolate chips 5 cups sugar 1 lg. can Pet Milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/3 sticks of butter 1 8oz jar marshmallow creme 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups chopped nuts ( nuts optional ) | Boil Sugar,Milk,Butter and salt slowly for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and add Chocolate Chips and Marshmallow Creme until melted and creamy Add vanilla and nuts. Stir. Put in buttered pan and cool. | Fudge | Recipe from Aunt Lou

32: 2 - 6oz. pkgs semi sweet chocolate chips 1 1/3cups Eagle Brand Sweetened Milk 2-cups chopped nuts (optional) | Melt Chocolate over hot water stirring occasionally. Add Milk. Beat until mixture begins to loose gloss. Add nuts and pour quickly into greased pan. Cool. Cut when cold. | Quick Fudge | Recipe from Grandma Boyer | Grandma Boyer worked as a nurse at the hospital in Warrensburg,Mo. Every year she made several varieties of Candy to hand out as gifts. There was always some put aside for Dad,Mom and us kids.

33: 2-cups (12oz.)salted roasted peanuts 1/2 cup water 1 pound C&H golden brown sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup(1 stick) butter or margarine 1-teaspoon vanilla 2-teaspoons baking soda | Spread peanuts in shallow pan and place in a 200 degree oven. Combine water, sugar syrup and butter in a 3 qt. heavy sauce pan. Place over high heat, stir constantly until boiling. Place thermometer in mixture and continue cooking to 285 degrees (hard crack stage). Stir often to prevent burning. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and hot peanuts. Add baking soda and stir until foamy. Quickly pour into 2 greased cookie sheets. Spread as thin as possible. As soon as brittle begins to set,flip over on board and pull as thin as possible. Cool. Break into pieces | Peanut Brittle

34: 2-3 ounce pkgs. Strawberry Jello 1 cup ground pecans 1 cup ground coconut 3/4 Eagle brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Red sugar crystals Green food color Slivered almonds | Mix together Gelatin, Pecans, Coconut, Condensed Milk and Vanilla. Shape into Strawberries. Chill. Roll chilled Berries in Sugar Crystals. Add Food Coloring to Almonds to tint delicate green. Use for leaves and stems of Strawberries. Store in cool place makes about 48 berries | Strawberry Candy | Recipe from Grandma Boyer & Aunt Lou

35: 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1 cup cold water 3 cups sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups boiling water 1/2 teaspoons peppermint flavoring 1 teaspoon cinnamon flavor few drops red and green food color | Soften Gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes Mix sugar,salt and boiling water in a large saucepan. Place over low heat , stir to dissolve. Boil slowly while stirring for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Divide into two equal parts. Mix Peppermint flavoring and green food coloring one part and the Cinnamon and red food color into the other half. Place in pan rinsed in cold water. Let stand at room temp. for 12 hours. Sprinkle 2 sheets of wax paper with sugar. Loosen Candy from pan. Turn out on sugared wax paper. Cut into pieces. Roll in sugar | Turkish Paste Gelatin Candy | Recipe from Grandma Boyer & Aunt Lou


37: 6-apples 14 oz. package unwrapped individual caramels 2-tablespoons milk | Put wax paper on baking sheet. Put craft stick in each apple. Place caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stirring after 1 minute. Roll apples in caramel and place on baking sheet. | Caramel Apples

38: 2 sticks butter 2 cups brown sugar 1/2 cup white Karo 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla popped popcorn | Bring all Ingredients (except popcorn) to Boil for 5 minutes uncovered without stirring Pour over large Roasting pan of popped popcorn. Mix well Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours stirring gently every 15 minutes. Pour popcorn on a large plastic bag. Spread out and allow to cool. Store in a tightly covered container. Finished popcorn can be frozen. | Carmel Corn | This recipe from Geri Brotherton

39: 18 tablespoons butter 3- teaspoons seasoned salt 12 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 4 1/2 cups Corn Chex 4 1/2 cups Rice Chex 4 cups Wheat Chex 2 cups Life Cereal 2 1/2 cups Cheerios 1 cup Kix 3 cups pretzel sticks 2 cups nuts | Melt Butter in shallow pan over low heat. Stir in seasoned salt and Worcestershire sauce. Put all other ingredients in a roasting pan. Pour butter and salt mixture on cereal. Mix until all pieces are coated. Heat at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper to cool. | Chex Mix Mom's Triple Batch | Family Favorite

40: 1-12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1- tablespoon shortening 2 dozen pretzel rods sprinkles or candies (optional) | Line Baking sheet with foil. Combine chocolate chips and shortening in microwave safe bowl. Microwave until melted, stirring after each minute. Cover 3/4 pretzel rod with chocolate. Dip in sprinkles or candies. Place on baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. | Chocolate Covered Pretzels

41: Clean seeds. Let dry for several hours. Coat with vegetable oil. Toss seeds with salt. Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. | Pumpkin Seeds

42: 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1/4 cup margarine 2- teaspoons cold water 1-cup miniature marshmallows 2- 5/8 cups confectioners sugar 5 -quarts plain popped popcorn | In saucepan over medium heat combine corn syrup,water, margarine,marshmallows and confectioners sugar. Heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Carefully add mixture to popcorn, coating each kernel. Grease hands with shortening and mold into balls. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store at room temperature. | Popcorn Balls

43: 6 cups Rice Krispies 3 -tablespoons butter or margarine 1-7oz.jar marshmallow creme or 1 pkg.- (10oz.) regular marshmallows or 4 cups- miniature marshmallows | In large saucepan melt butter at low heat. Add marshmallows and continue stirring until completely melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal and stir until well coated. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into a 13x9x2 pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut in 2inch squares. Microwave instructions: Heat butter and marshmallows on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat on high for additional minute. Stir until smooth.. For remaining steps follow directions above. Cocoa Krispies and miniature Chocolate chips can be used for a variation of this recipe | Rice Krispie Treats

45: 3- pkgs Pink Lemonade Kool Aid mix 1-46 oz.can unsweetened pineapple juice 1 1/2 cups sugar 1-2 liter bottle Sprite | Mix Pink Lemonade, Sugar and Pineapple Juice add Soda | Jungle Juice Punch | Limeade | 1- cup freshly squeezed lime juice 8-cups water 1 -cup sugar Combine Lime Juice, Sugar and Water. Stir. Add Ice.

46: 2- liter A&W Root beer Vanilla ice cream | Place 2 scoops vanilla ice cream in Frosted Mug. Add root beer. | A&W Root Beer Float

48: 1 pound lean ground beef 2 cloves garlic (chopped fine ) 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 2 tablespoons tomato paste 15-oz. red kidney beans (rinsed and drained) | Brown beef and garlic. Drain. Add chili powder and cumin. Stir. Mix tomatoes,beans onions and tomato paste in Crock pot. Add beef mixture and stir. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. | Chili | Dad added milk to his Chili.

49: 1 1/2 pounds hamburger 1-lg. can whole tomatoes including juice 2 -cans tomato sauce 1-can red kidney beans 1-box elbow macaroni 1-tablespoon sugar 1-large onion Salt Pepper 1-tablespoon chili powder | Brown hamburger Drain. Add chicken broth and water. Make sure chicken is covered in water. Bring to boil and reduce to simmering. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Skim any foam off top. Let cool. In casserole dish place a layer of Fritos then Cheese and then alternate layers of Cheese, Fritos and mixture ending with Cheese. 59: 1- round steak aprox. 1 1/2 pounds 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2-cloves garlic (crushed) salt pepper All purpose flour (for dusting) 1-14 1/2oz. can of diced tomatoes 1-medium onion (cut into strips) 1-medium green pepper (cut into strips) | Cut steak into serving size pieces. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dust meat with flour. Brown both sides of meat in skillet with vegetable oil. Transfer to a dutch oven. Add tomatoes,garlic peppers and onion. Pour 2 cups of water over steak. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add water as needed to keep meat covered. Hint: This can also be made in crock pot on low heat. | Swiss Steak

63: 2 cups navy beans 1- onion (finely diced) 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar 4 tablespoons pineapple juice 1-can pineapple slices | Soak beans in cold water overnight. Simmer beans in the same water until tender aprox. 1 1/2 hours. Drain and keep liquid. Place in casserole dish with onion. In sauce pan add ,salt pepper,ketchup,dry mustard,Worcestershire sauce,pineapple juice and brown sugar. Bring to boil and pour over beans. Add enough bean water to cover beans. Cover with lid or foil. Place in oven preheated to 325 degrees. Bake for 2 hours. Remove cover. Add water to prevent beans from getting dry. Cook additional 1-2 hours until beans are tender. 20 minutes before finished add pineapple rings to top. | Baked Beans

81: 1 pound Velveeta 1-can Rotel Tomatoes | Cube Velveeta. Cook over low heat combine Velveeta and Rotel stirring often until cheese is melted. | Rotel Dip | Cook Pork Sausage. Drain. Add cubed Velveeta. Stir often until melted. Can also use Ground Beef or Turkey instead of sausage. This can used with chips or small party rye bread. If used with rye bread add mixture to top of party rye . Heat both in oven. | 1 pound Velveeta 1/4 pound spicy pork sausage | Sausage Cheese Dip

82: 1 1/2 cups flour milk Grease from meat Salt Pepper | Heat grease from meat over medium heat. Slowly add small amounts of flour, stirring constantly. Add small amounts of milk,stirring until smooth. Keep alternating flour and milk , stirring throughout until desired consistency. For smooth gravy,transfer grease to new skillet to cook gravy. For crumb gravy,use same skillet used to cook meat and scrape crumbs from skillet as you stir. | Milk Gravy

83: 1 1/2 cup turkey drippings 1 1/2 cups flour 2 cups cold water 2 cups giblet broth or turkey stock 1 -cup white wine salt pepper 1 cup chopped giblets (optional) | Place turkey drippings (with fat skimmed off top) in saucepan, Over low heat slowly add flour and cold water. Stir. Over medium heat slowly add additional liquids, stirring constantly until boiling. Gravy should be thickened and smooth. Add giblets if desired. | Turkey Gravy | Growing up , this was a Holiday favorite of Jeannies.
