7: KEEMA | Ground Beef Onion (Yellow) Garlic Ginger fresh (optional) Tomatoes Fresh or Tomatoe Sauce Cumin Corinder Tumeric Oil Salt Fry Onions oil then add garlic & ginger until golden brown. Add tumeric & tomatoes. Cook until all ingredients are paste then add ground beef and stir. When meat is almost done add cumin & corinder to taste.

Sautee onions until slightly brown, put garlic in sautee and then tumeric stir then put Tomatoes and cook until cooked. Pour mix buttermilk in the pot and stir until it boils then put the temp on medium heat. Then at the end put cumin, corinder, & fresh celentro. | KAREEY

9: Name | Fried Chicken from Jameela Mashugee | Marinate whole chicken, cut into pieces for 8 hours with: 2 cups buttermilk 1 large onion, sliced 1/4 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs (parsley, tarragon, thyme) or a teaspoon each of the dried herbs. 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Bread chicken pieces with: 2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Salt and pepper | Frying PAN | Fry on medium high heat(10 mins) until golden brown on both sides. 12: Chickem Engoley | Chicken Onions Ginger (fresh) Garlic Tomatoes Tumeric Red Chilli Corinder Cumin Seeds (Zeera) Celantro Fry Onions on medium heat then add ginger & garlic and sautee. Add tumeric, red chilli and fresh tomatoes. Sautee until cooked; add chicken and sautee until cooked. Add corinder, cummin seeds and last add fresh celantro.

14: Spice is Nice | DAAL 1 Cup Masoor Dal 2 Cups Water 1 tsp. Ginger; Garlic 1/2 tsp. Red Chilli 2 TBS Lemon Juice Puree. Add Salt, Lemon Juice & Boil. Add 2-3 Curry Leaves, Cinlantro, Green Chilies Add Bhagar: Fry Oil with Zeera & Red Chilli | Pakoras by Mommy 2 cups Basin Chopped Onions Green Chilli Cilantro Pomegranite seeds Ground zeera ground thernal Spirkay(pinch) Red Chilli Salt Lemon Juice Mix batter. Chop vegetables into bite sizes. (potato, egg plant, chilli, onion, any asortment) Have oil on medium Heat. Fry until golden color with care.

15: Haleem Homemade | Haleem Homemade by Nusrat Mashugee 1 lb wheat ( halfmix & half plain) add lentils 3 lb Meat with bones 1 onion I cup Oil; Butter 1/2 tsp. Black Cumin 3 tsp. Ginger; Garlic 1 tsp. Chili; Gharam Masala Add Salt, tumeric, oil & water to Boil Meat. Cook till meat & lentils are tender. Blend half, grind half. Fry Oil & Butter Add in Ginger, Garlic, Tumeric, Green Chili, Gharam masala ; Add Mix Garnish with Lemon; Mint; Fried Onions; Cilantro.

16: Amna | French Toast | MIX: 1/2 cup Confection Sugar Sifted & 1 cup Ricotta Cheese MIX: 2 Eggs & 1/2 cups milk 12 bread peices. Roll bread till flattened. Add 1TBS of Cheese/Sugar mix Pinch edges to seal. In Skillet add oil/butter. Dip Bread Squares in Egg/Milk Mix Soak & then Fry Top with Confections Sugar & Strawberries. | med high | 10 mins | As big as your heart, the more it feeds :)

17: 1 large Squash 1 onion chopped 6 TBS butter 3 cups Water 2 Cups Heavy Cream 1 cup Half & Half 3 Chicken Bouillion Cubes Bake Squash in wrapped foil until tender. Fry onion in butter with a clove of garlic. Add Squash. Add water when browned. Add chicken cubes & Cream. Boil until thickened, add water & milk for proper consitency. Add Salt, Pepper & Cilantro to taste. Serve with a hard Bread of choice. | Butternut Squash Soup By Amna | empty pot of water

19: Creme Brulee | 6 Egg Yolks 6 tablespoons white sugar, divided 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 cups heavy cream 2 tablespoons brown sugar Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Beat egg yolks, 4 tablespoons sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until thick and creamy, then strain through to make smooth. Stir Cream into the egg yolk mixture; beat until combined. Pour cream mixture into a shallow heat-proof dish. Place into a larger dish filled with simmering water. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to broil. In a small bowl combine remaining 2 tablespoons white sugar and brown sugar. Sift this mixture evenly over custard. Place dish under broiler until sugar melts, about 2 minutes. Watch carefully so as not to burn. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate until custard is set again.

20: Milk Shake by the kids 2 cups Milk 2 cups Fruit of choice 1 cup Orange juice Sugar to taste 1 1/2 cup Ice Add IceCreme if desired. Blend in Blender :) | No more fast food...... | & Brush your Teeth !

21: Ramen Noodle | Buy Ramen Noodle Packet Boil in 2 cups of Water Add 2 tsp lemon Fresh Cilantro Red Chilli Salt & Pepper to taste If you are adventurous : Add Sauted Veggies (Mashroom & Greens) or leftover chicken peices | Yasir Lalagee | For Laughter & Love
